Sure if you want to pay $3500 more than driving to cincy go here by all means.
Great service, even washed my truck.
Transparent, honest and best deal!
I am very happy with my experience at McFarland. They offered me a great deal from the moment I reached to them, the best among many dealers I checked with.
Rick Newsom was very prompt and generous at clarifying all my doubts, no pressure and really made the experience hassle free.
They cleaned the vehicle well and topped it with gas before giving it too me, not all dealers do that.
It is a family business and Mr. McFarland himself came to greet me and thanked me for the business. I will very happily do business with them again.
Very nice people with good deals
I really like the way they treat there customers
Can you believe you can't have a brand new Chevrolet product worked on because you didn't buy from these guys? Well it's true, they didn't have the car I wanted so I purchased it elsewhere with a killer deal too. Then within the first month I had a problem and these idiots wouldn't even look at it. I'll never return here for parts, service or sales and won't recommend them to anyone as well. They've also screwed my parents over on a Brand new Trax they purchased from them!!! Horrible attitudes, and very unprofessional people working here. Taking my business 20 miles south to Cheaps Chevrolet of Flemingsburg. They fixed my problem the first time and will be getting my service work and parts from now on.
Nice place!! Friendly and clean.
Awesome folks to deal with. Charlene and Leo gave me the best car buying experience I've ever had. McFarland has my business for life and i would advise anyone who looking for a quality vehicle to stop and check out McFarland Chevrolet. I'll never go anywhere else!
Came in my raggedy clothes becuse was not in mood do anything that day took awhile to get help once i did told them my back ground story of retired at 24 i got all the help i need
If I could select 0 stars, I would. I live in Alexandria,VA, 22309. I was very interested in a used 2015 Ford F250 listed online by McFarland Chevrolet Buick, Inc. which is 505 miles away from my home. I called to inquire about the vehicle which was advertised as having a clean Carfax, which it did as I paid the $39.00 to see it myself. After 2 days worth of phone calls with the salesman, I agreed on a price I was happy with. Saturday morning at 12am, I departed for my 500 mile journey to pick up the truck. I arrived at the dealership at 930am. As I parked in front of the dealership, I saw the truck in the rear of the building being detailed. Quickly met the sales person face to face for the first time. He had the truck pulled around to the front. After one walk around the truck, it was obvious the truck had prior body damage to both rear quarter panels that had been poorly repaired. There were obvious drip marks from paint on both sides and overspray from the clear coat - clearly not a factory paint job. It was so bad a visually impaired person would of noticed it! This was obviously a complete shock to the salesman and management. Apparently they had not noticed the repaired damage and therefore didn't inform me about it before I left for the 500 mile journey to buy the truck. I did offer to buy the truck at a lower price knowing that I would have to pay out of pocket to have the prior repair fixed correctly by a professional body shop by my home, since I know they weren't going to fix it. My offer was refused by the sales manager who's name I'm not even sure of as he NEVER ONCE introduced himself to me after my 9 1/2 hour drive, or even spoke to me about why he wouldn't negotiate on the price in light of the shoddy repair work. Needless to say, I left KY in the same vehicle I arrived in. BUYER BEWARE when dealing with McFarland Chevrolet Buick Inc.!
Please, if you have any kind of work to do on your vehicle, save yourself time and do not take it here for any kind of work or service. If they say it will take a week to finish, do expect at least two weeks being without a vehicle. I had my 2015 Chevy in to replace and injection pump. I got it back and almost right away started smelling diesel fuel. There's several injection lines that were completely loose from the injectors and several other parts that were missing or not put together right. Also one other time that I had it in I got it back and somebody had smoked in it. Let's just say I was not at all impressed.
I found that McFarland Chevrolet Buick is a DIFFERENT kind of dealership. There is a NO-PRESSURE atmosphere where the sales men talk to you friendly and respectfully. The customer is treated like an individual needing a service instead of looking to be the next victim of a bad deal. The service department is ALWAYS busy which stands to reason that their work must be TOP QUALITY or people take their cars to be serviced. All in all McFarland's is as I said "different" but it's the good kind.
