  Shill buyers at auction drive up prices making prices stupid. Bid then stop, make others pay more because there are many crooked Dearborn buyers there

  DONORS NEED TO KNOW: On the website it states that you will receive fair market value for your car. When I received my IRS form, it only allowed a $500 deduction. The process is not explained that you will only receive full market value IF the car is purchased for more than $500. Once it sells, then a revised updated form is supposedly mailed out to you.
  
  I asked specifically the process and they never disclosed this part upon any of the calls prior to taking my car.

  Not too many cars, prices are high, too many problems, very small variety of good cars, most cars are already deposited, the other charity motors on lahser rd. 8 mile, prices are high, $1500 thru $1650 for low-income buyers. I got home found a decent caravan online by an owner.

  Nice affordable cars but you cannot drive off the lot unless you have insurance and plates and stuff also car is bought with a money order or cashier's check the only thing paid in cash is the application fee.

  Maybe a great place to buy a car, but for donors. There is no incentive at all. Last year, helped our daughter moving to another state. Car was KBB valued at $3k plus. Got a $500 write off. Hope someone made good use of it.

  Ok. Wasn't expecting much. .it was what it was. A huge lot on the corner of a major Xross section and it was a Friday..which means a live auction was about to go down. Did I mention, its tax season?. It. Was. CROWDED. luckily i was able to snag a Rendezvous. ..but i recommend going there during the week and put a offer down on a vehicle opposed to doing the auction.

  "We accept all vehicles in any condition, running or not."
  This is a FALSE AD.
  They got 5 star, so, I called to donate my car on Nov. 04, 2016.
  The woman who answered my call was very rude.
  They take only a car in good /very good or excellent condition.
  My car runs well, but not perfect .
  I was told that they decided to not take any car in September, 2016.
  She hangs up on me and that was it.
