Nails where ok, but man they are rude! They had an a show on tv i did not want my kids to see adked if they could change the channel you thought i asked for a pot of gold. They were so rude. Wont ever go back! US nail is MUCH better! Very nice always friendly! Nails turn out great!

Its the first place I've tried in Sturgis. They were friendly but the nail tech made me nervous as she was applying the gel to my thumbs because at first glance, they were not even. However, after she was done shaping them and applying the paintthey looked amazing!! My only real complaint is that I asked for the matte look and they did not do that. Oh well, I love shiny too!!! I would recommend them!

Wasn't impressed at all. I was going to get a pedicure also but quickly decided that would not be the best move based on first impressions of cleanliness and sanitation (lack of them to be exact). While my technician was removing my old gel manicure I looked down on my table and saw trimmings of acrylic nails from the previous client disgusting!! The technician also rudely "scolded" me for placing my hands too far into the light machine - I guess I bumped the polish not an enjoyable experience and definitely not relaxing. The lady paying in front of me was not allowed to put a tip on the credit card, which is ridiculous - she said she would return to tip. Way to accommodate your clients and your employees.

I don't know a lot about nail care. It seems that they do a pretty good job of being financially adaptable. The staff isn't very personable but are friendly, when they speak in English. I think the prices are fair and they are skilled in what they do. The service decreases when they are in a hurry or towards closing time. So I would come in early and not during a rush if you want the best care. The building is fairly clean and very comfortable. It does have a strong chemical smell in the building.

I had a lacquered nail application and the wrong color was applied - picked peach and got neon orange! The manager told me I would get a discount on next lacquer but didn't honor it when I returned. I decided to go back to a normal manicure and John buffed through the middle of my nail then tried to cover it up with nail glue. I asked him about the blood I could see. He said it was just a "stain". Lies and stingynot going back!

I have been coming here since these owners moved in nearly 15 years ago. There have been times where I ventured to other nail salons, but keep coming back here! They are not only highly professional but also kind to speak with. They always make me feel welcome and most importantly, make my nails sparkle with perfection The best locally!!

The quality of services here are the best! My favorite place for a pedicure. My pedicure lasts a long time when done here. There are a lot of polish color choices. Staff are very friendly. You never have to wait very long for walk-in services.

I like going here because they are nice and you don't have to wait long as long as you go there before 5, and not on Saturday. They do a nice job on my nails. I have been going there over a year now. And tried 2 other places.
