Chandlee Jewelers took excellent care of me and my jewelry, which I brought in for appraisal and cleaning. First, Bryan took careful inventory of each piece, including a photograph and description. She noticed that a couple of pieces had loose stones and jump rings and wrote these up for repair. Bryan and her husband/partner Larry Exum turned the appraisals and repairs around very quickly. The full report was extremely thorough and detailed; a very professional job.
The techniques Chandlee uses, to determine the quality of gold and precious and semi-precious stones, are very sophisticated. I feel extremely confident that the appraisals are accurate and will enable me to obtain sufficient insurance coverage.
Finally, I need to state that Chandlee Jewelers provides top value for price. This family-owned business has been going for more than 50 years. I give them the highest recommendation!response / report this review -

I have nothing but a positive experience dealing with them. They have a wonderful staff that will work with you. I especially like the jeweler is there to explain options with you . I had damaged my wedding ring set badly. I took it in they discussed with me what all was wrong, my preferences, they photographed my rings and when I got them back they looked better than they did brand new, 23 years ago! I highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them again! Extremely happy customer!

I would like to start out by saying that the customer service there at chandlee jewelers is phenomenal! David took me and actually taught me on what to look for in the best diamonds, because they actually care about their customers! Eventually I found the one and they made it super easy and fast for me. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone, and I definitely will always be returning to them for anything!

I recently bought a beautiful diamond engagement ring at Chandlee jewelers. We dealt mainly with Ashley, but virtually everyone there was pleasant, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond at every step whether bringing in a selection of diamonds for us to look at or staying late on a holiday weekend to set the diamond in a temporary ring so that i would have a ring to give my fiancee when I proposed. The quality of the diamond far exceeded any of the others we saw at nearby jewelers. A size adjustment in the ring was able to be expertly performed by their in-house jeweler in just a few hours.
Overall, we could not have been more pleased with our buying experience. The diamond ring looks stunning!response / report this review -

Edit from 3 star to 1 star due to Owner's Response- Went in on one occasion and spoke to whom I believe to be the store owner (or primary manager). He was very nice and specific so I decided to come back later to inquire about some repairs and get a battery replaced. Big mistake. Strong Anti-North vibe, condescending attitude for those without a Rolex and while given some warning I misinterpreted it and am now a bit worried about the condensation with my Diver's watch. Probably fine with most people, but if you have a 'strong' Northern accent and something other than a Rolex consider elsewhere or at the least calling in to make sure the primary manager/owner is on staff. I also notice this location has a lot of reviews by people who have done only one review or very few which makes me leery/edit to 1 star - the other watch is valued near 10K, the watch with battery your shop screwed up was Swiss (Diver's watch) but somehow classifying the other watches as Japanese and Chinese speaks volumes about you. You have 160 reviews which is a ludicrously high amount from people who seemingly never review anything but jewelry shops and are very unpleasant. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Chandlee Jewelers has been with us from the beginning of our engagement and wedding process. Their team was instrumental in helping us select a style unique to us and incorporate our own personal touches by using some stones from family heirlooms. The Chandlee team also educated us as we shopped so we felt comfortable and confident when selecting our rings. What I love most is that my ring looks nothing like my friends', who purchased their rings from the major chain stores. Plus, they make sure to keep your ring looking like new by providing complimentary cleaning and maintenance in-store. I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience has been with Chandlee Jewelers and will continue recommending them to all of our friends and family!

Just had a wonderful experience at Chandlee Jewelers. Walked in expecting to have to leave my ring to be repaired. They did the repair and cleaned it while I waited. Ashley was very engaging and professional, giving us a walk through of their unique and beautiful inventory. I highly recommend checking them out!

They were able to repair my broken necklace. Dropped it off Friday and was able to pick it up within 24hrs. Also found a beautiful pair a pearl earrings for a gift. Great service. Will definitely go back.

My fiance proposed to me on Christmas morning with the same ring my father proposed to my mother with 28 years ago, while they were out Christmas shopping for my brothers and sister (I wasn't born yet)It was a size too small, and I looked everywhere for a reliable in-house jeweler Finally, I ran across Chandlee Jewelers. This ring means the world to me, and I can't tell you what a relief it was to know that it was in the hands of Bryan and her wonderful team at Chandlee. Thank y'all so much for caring about my story and the sentimental value of my beautiful ring. This is one happy bride to be!
I will definitely be coming back here for years to come!!

They care if you are happy. Imagine that!
The owners and staff are super knowledgeable. Nice selection of top quality items and If they don't have it, they take the time to find it or make it for you. Plus, they can fix it if it is broken. They take the time to work with me to get what i want at a fair price
I havebought in store, had them order items, had them make jewelry, and had them fix jewelry for me. . Always A+ experience.

Hospitable And personalized customer service.
Honest about quality of diamonds and rings.
I'm so excited about the finished product. Chandlee did a fantastic job with the setting and diamond. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of diamond for the price I paid.
