  I came in here for a simple watch repair and was stunned with how helpful the staff was. The repair was done in a timely manner, with good quality, and low cost. I would no doubt recommend anyone to this jeweler for whatever they needed.

  I had a problem finding a watch repair place in Athens. The band on my watch wasn't clicking to close, so I first went to the jewelry store on Clayton St in the downtown, but they couldn't fix it. Then I visited Kay Jewelry in the mall. They said it has to be sent it to Bulova and it may take from two weeks to a month. And I have to put a down payment. Finally, I came to JWR, and the guy fixed it and only charged me $27 (including a new battery). The staff here were outstanding and so cordial! I will definitely recommend this place!

  I've had a number of outstanding experiences at JWR jewelers. They have always been very patient in helping me select the right gift and taken the time to educate me on my purchases.

  JWR is a first-class jewelry business in Athens. You can be confident that the team will work hard to exceed your expectations! The salespeople do not work on commission so they are not pushy at all. I once came into their business on Christmas Eve and it was PACKED. I came in with a watch that needed to have the band adjusted. Everyone was busy with other customers but they got to me extremely quickly and adjusted my band as if I was the most important person in the store. Here's the kicker It was a watch that I didn't even buy from them! My hat is off to you JWR.

  My wife and I picked out an anniversary gift for me from JWR. It is one of their signature watches. It is very thin and does not catch on my sleeve. Check them out with the helpful staff.

  I've gone in multiple times and have been helped by Tony Cruz, who is amazing. Everyone in JWR is so kind and courteous. No high pressure tactics, just lovely jewelry and other services like appraisals and repair. Highly recommend.
