  Due to a misunderstanding, I showed up to this studio instead of the one I had an appointment at. I missed my original appointment, but Rae was super helpful and understanding. They were able to find a way to fit me in as a walk-in with Joe. Joe was a great artist to work with, very friendly and had a very clean and professional workspace. My tattoo turned out fantastic, and healed up great. Rae and Joe made it a great experience, and I absolutely recommend this studio.

  Antonio made my tattoo experience incredible. You could tell he really cared about his work because he gave me suggestions on how to best fit the piece to the flow of my body and to add smoke around the cow it so it wasn't as random.
  
  I also recommended him to a friend and Antonio killed that tattoo too (see the deer). He got the around-the-arm band to be straight on the first go! Would 1000% recommend.

  I paid $1,200 for a cover up tattoo which I wasn't too upset about. It's pretty big. My thing is they took some after photos. I gave the artist my cell and asked her to send them to me. Nothing! I called up to the studio and they don't answer the phone. They don't return voicemails. They never took a copy of my driver's license or ID so that says something about their priorities(money not compliance). I like my tattoo but I was disappointed in their customer service and for that reason I would never go to them again for any services.

  I did my first tattoo with John L, who was referred to me by Certified's consultant call. I had previously used them for my ear piercings when they were Pins & Needles and was very happy then, too. John L did great work and was an excellent artist from start to finish. He educated me on my options and informed me of the best practice for what I was doing and helped me make an educated decision on what would look best and be more practical for later works. During the tattoo work he was detailed and his line work and accuracy were excellent, leaving me with a final design I am extremely happy with. I would happily go back to John L again if I decide on additional piece. He's very dedicated to his work and seems like an all-around excellent guy in general. Thanks again!

  Went to Iso, best tattoo yet. One of the best I have ever gotten, and worth the money. Nice shop, he was super fast and efficient. Trying to get a nice, quality tattoo, come to this place. Have already gotten 2 done by Iso so far, and gonna go back and get more as soon as the healing process is over with the one I just got from there.
