  Michael and the CNY Commercial & Residential Construction crew came out to make some deck repairs for my outdoor bar project and got this thing fixed up and looking mint! These commercial general contractors are my go to guys from now on! The detail orientation and value they provided at such a great price can't be matched in the Syracuse area!

  Mike was very responsive to our needs!!! He worked from a picture we gave him and created a great front porch/entranceway to our house. He responded right away when we had a question and he wanted to make sure we were happy with every last detail. “We named it, they did it!”.

  Very meticulous with details to make everything look great. Kept in contact with us even before they started. Quick to respond to our questions. Everything looks better than expected. Would recommend and will keep them in mind for future projects! Before and after photos.

  Make your own judgement based on the images. These are images of how our home was left by the OWNER with his crew after there work day. Not one of these pictures was taken with the crew in my home. Some are of "finished work" including "custom molding." There was also a $4k beam added to our home that was NOT needed because we trusted that the contractors in fact knew what they were doing. Fortunately, my husband trusted his instincts, did the research, and proved it was an unsightly and useless expense and it was removed. We have since has an electrical inspection followed by an electrician come to our home. I have been advised to give no opinion on the work and I have only included photos that require no explanation. Please form your own opinions.
