  They ceramic coated the whole truck ,,polished out scratches from car wash and put ppf where the factory did not . There ppf is better than most installed on vehicles . They also did extra work beyond what was charged . I would recommend ceramic pro above anybody else that I know of . They treat your vehicle as if it was there own, very Particular.

  So let me just start out by saying although it says detailing in the description he is not a full auto detailer. That being said. Down to earth guy not hesitant to do someone a favor. My son extracted everything he ate in my car on the way home from Denver. John did me a HUGE solid and extracted everything for what I thought was extremely reasonable price. Not many people are willing to go above what they normally do anymore just because of how bad everyone is being treated, but John was a lifesaver. And a car saver lol.

  Black Hills Auto Spa took my truck when everyone else said no. They did an amazing job at repairing paint swirls, scratches and sun baked black paint. The paint correction was the toughest part, and they did a great job at making my truck look like new. We had them protect it with a coat of ceramic, including the glass, and it's sooo smooth and glossy. They communicated throughout the entire process and sent photos of the progress, which I liked. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs paint correction or just ceramic coating a newer vehicle. Amazing job!

  Black Hills Auto Spa has got to be the absolute best ceramic coating service by far.
  
  I went online looking for ways to reduce detailing time with washing and waxing, and to protect my vehicle's paint from the inevitable swirls and micro-scratches. Being that it is a black car, every little detail matters. So, I did some research through Google about ceramic coating and came across Ceramic Pro. Eager to learn more about this service, I found Black Hills Auto Spa.
  
  I've got to say, from the first moment of speaking with John for consultation, I knew this person was 100% passionate about his craft, not only standing behind why I should get the ceramic coating, but backing it up with detail and understanding as to: how ceramic coating works, how it protects your vehicle, what separates the Ceramic Pro 9h product line and service from the rest and why it is the best in its class, standing behind their product with various warranties, most specifically the Ceramic Pro Gold Lifetime (it's even reported to Carfax!)
  
  Each step of the way, Black Hills Auto Spa kept me in the loop during the process, from the paint correction, to the PPF, coating, and finishing touches. John even sent me pictures that I can show off how beautiful my car looks. And when your car is finished, they make sure you understand the aftercare, how to maintain your ceramic coating, and even helped me find other Ceramic Pro installers for when I'm out of state in case I need any assistance.
  
  Black Hills Auto Spa have gone above and beyond in earning my business. I can't stress enough how much of a relief it is to have a professional that truly stands behind their product and keeps their customers in mind.

  Black Hills Auto Spa has earned a lifelong customer and I would recommend anyone looking to protect their investment to take their vehicle to John ASAP.
  
  I was looking to get the paint on my used Tesla corrected and protected with a ceramic coat and John's prior experience with Tesla's, his understanding of finicky Tesla paint and his past results made going to Black Hills Auto Spa for a Ceramic Pro 9h coating a no-brainer.
  
  John and Black Hills Auto Spa's initial, no pressure, consultation was an all around great experience. When first meeting John, you can tell that this is his passion. John will assess your needs and isn't looking to oversell to you, but provides excellent guidance on what would be best for your vehicle and budget to get the best results. He explains every step of the process and what kind of results to expect. I highly recommend the 2 stage cut and buff paint correction service to remove 40-60% of imperfections. In my opinion, John's attention to detail is second to none and I am very pleased with the results on my Tesla Model S.
  
  While John and Black Hills Auto Spa are working on your car, John will stay in contact with you as much or as little as you prefer. I got frequent progress reports and pictures showing improvements and I'm just blown away with how my Tesla is now a million times better than it was before going in.
  
  John stands behind his work and the Ceramic Pro 9h product. If you ever have any issues after the sale, Black Hills Auto Spa stands behind their product and several warranty options are available based on the package selected.
  
  If you are in the market for a ceramic coating for your vehicle, skip the spray on stuff the dealerships try to sell and take it to Black Hills Auto Spa for a professional experience done by an individual that is passionate about his art. I'm so impressed with his work that John and Black Hills Auto Spa will be working on my other vehicle, a Black Ram 1500, soon.
