Flying out of here gave the the creeps. The security has one line open when a random guy was dealing something I was not apposed. My son Timmy got lost in the very small confusing airport. Never flying out of here ever again I’m going to Chicago from now on.

Free parking is nice. The airport is always clean and security lines are short. My biggest complaint is that it takes a very long time for baggage to come out at baggage claim. I can’t speak for othe airlines but at least for American it is usually 30-40 minutes after the plane is at the gate before baggage comes out. I fly regularly on American out of BMi and when I get home I’m always waiting longer than I do at other airports for my bags.

Fantastic on site staff but American Eagle which runs under American has been late 8 out of 10 times at this airport costing me time, money and stress. American Eagle get your act together and find the solution to be on time!

Great small airport. Flown in and out of here a few times. Free parking, as soon as I got out of my car, I got picked up by a bus and taken to the entrance by a very friendly driver. For a small town, it's a very impressive airport.

Awesome and really nice small airport. I no longer go to Chicago to catch a flight. I take a connecting flight from here. Car storage is free and no wait or hassle with getting on or off the airplane. It is clean and modern with professional staffing to help you. Every small city would love to have this airport.

A great regional airport that is convenient for central Illinois travelers. The staff is generally friendly and an easy terminal to navigate. Hoping for expanded service in the future.
