Went through the drive-thru to get a cashiers check and they somehow managed to deposit MY money into someone else's account. Wow.. incompetent bankers.
The Best Place to Bank
Never had any problems with this bank in 3 years👍👍
Staff is great, but Central bank (since it bought out 3rd National) has been horrible. I'm thinking about moving to a different bank or credit union. They have managed to screw up the accounts of all five of my family members and the farm account.
Literally the worst bank I've ever had!
Let's just say I'm finding a new bank. Was fine until recently .They penalize you if someone makes fraudulent charges I had 4 disputes in one month was wanting to change bank account to different number and they were going to not give me a debt card anymore.
The recent name change will move its locations closer to matching other larger banking institutions. Employees will engage with training and certifications allowing some platform positions to offer additional products beyond the standard or typical accounts / products offered. Some employees will follow a certification process allowing them to offer limited brokerage / insurance products. Platform employees will be tasked with asking strategic probing questions based on a standardized questionnaire seeking to identify / uncover additional needs either immediate or in the future. Other staff such as tellers will be required to help identify customer needs by cross-selling and referring customer to platform employees with goals / referrals assigned. A more aggressive atmosphere will slowly pick up pace collectively at all employment levels. Get ready because changes will continue the modernization of banking as customers know it thus bringing this corporate entity more in line with national operational standards. Home town banking will transition into a more sales oriented atmosphere. Customer Service tracking along with product sales, referrals and goals assigned to its employees will change the entire dynamics within creating a competitive atmosphere within the same location and compete more or less with other locations as a means of increasing and or meeting goals set / changing. And so it begins. If you find yourself sitting at a desk being asked strategic questions around your banking habits, borrowing needs, future planning, loan needs, retirement planning and more then yes you will be experiencing the sales / goal requirements of these banking employees tasked with selling more products to meet goals monthly for incentives and more.
For the most part they are good I've only had one bad experience with them.. Not the most secure in authorized transactions but they work really hard to make sure the customer is taken care of.
