I was charged $90 to replace a cracked screen on my iPhone 6S. When I came to pick it up my phone was not on and I was told my phone was dead. When I got to the car to charge my phone it did not power on. They were closed so I had to wait until the next day to bring my phone back. The manager was not able to repair my phone and tried to insinuate that maybe my phone was broken when I brought it which was untrue. Then he stated well sometimes this can happen when you open the phone up. I was very upset! He stated he could refund my money but would put my old cracked screen back on or I could keep the screen but I would not receive a refund. smh I was not pleased with the service at all. They broke my phone then put the old cracked screen back on-what kind of place is this?! I took it to the Apple store and was told there were missing pieces from the phone and it was unrepairable. I had to pay off that phone which was a lot of money then had to purchase a new phone! I will never go to this place again!

The man who helped me was extremely professional and polite. He did a great job putting a new screen on my phone, after I dropped it and it was shattered. My regret is not paying an extra $30 to have an original manufacturers Apple piece of glass applied. There are many, many deficiencies with this new screen. One of them is my cheek constantly pressing number buttons while I'm talking to someone on the phone. The annoying beeps bother my clients and myself. I will go to an Apple store next time without a doubt. Not worth the $30 savings. Again, the man helping me was classy.

This phone store does a great job with fixing phones and other accessories they have. The prices are affordable. Everybody should stop bye to see what they have.

Professionalism and Costumer Service is lacking. When I went to drop my phone off, the employee stated I had to come back the next day as they had to order my glass. When I came in the next day the other employee stated they cannot overnight my glass and I had to return three days later. Despite having mine and a friend's phone number they did not call to tell me this. Then when I came next and dropped my phone off and waited a few hours for the repair. They did not call me as promised and when I arrived they stated they lost my contact information and the glass broke when trying to repair the screen. They stated they can now overnight the glass (not sure how this magically changed?) and the repair was done the next day. When I arrived my phone had excess glue on the screen and the screen was not seated all the way. They offered no sympathy or anything for all of the trips and inconveniences. I was very disappointed with the care they provided.

Expensive but they get the job done. However when I was walking there to get my iPhone 6 fixed for the second time ($180) I noticed another phone repair place upstairs in the beachwood mall that would do it for ($129-$140 with tax) and throw in a glass screen protector that they would put on themselves

I went here a couple months ago to get a cracked screen replaced which came out perfect. However, a couple of months later it blacked out on me (never dropped it). I told him the problem and he fixed it again with no problem for free! One of the most genuine and courteous people you can meet.

They fixed my rear camera on my iPhone 5s in minutes and for much cheaper then any place else I called up. Very satisfied and will definitely return to them if I need any other cell phone repairs! They made sure everything red working and professional.
