  Ok service, nothing outstanding. Noticed a panel was off my ATV after I had left. Called back and several people in the shop said the panel was missing when the atv was brought to the shop. They were kind enough to order me a new one at my expense. Later when I called back it was found out by the dumpster. Come to find out the carberator work rebuild payer for wasn't a can of gas treatment run through it had to have carb rebuilt shortly after by another repair shop. POOR POOR SERVICE.

  I visited this store today (07/06/2017) to pick up some parts for my Sea Doo and get some information. I talked with Jason. He was very helpful and professional and the information he gave me will save me a lot of time and headaches down the road. I recommend this place of business and will return when I need a new ski or help.

  Ok service. I bought a 2016 Yamaha Kodiak & waited over 2 hours to "process paperwork." I felt they were more worried about servicing every man walking through the door then attending to my paperwork when I clearly got there first. They need improvement in customer service & color selection. Overall, I got an ok deal but felt disappointed when I left with my four-wheeler. I would have bought my four-wheeler at Great Outdoor if they sold Yamaha's because they were more customer friendly & I had my own sales person that didn't worry about servicing others while working with me.
