My local staff are incredibly nice, and treat you like a real person, not just another account, The app works great, I get paid by check daily, so being able to do a photo deposit makes life much easier, and unlike most banks around here, there are no monthly account fees.

I'm not a member, but I am with another credit union so free withdrawals from the ATM are nice and the building is easily accessible.
