Pretty good pizza and subs. I've never had a bad meal from Cassano's. It's a little on the expensive side, but it's the second best pizza in town.

I ordered my pizza Sunday night at 11:39pm. 50 minutes later I called the ridiculous call center to ask where my pizza was. They said it was on its way. 30 minutes later still no pizza. Tried to call again and the call center was closed. My card was charged $14.99 and didn't get the pizza. I called Monday morning when they opened and was transferred to the "district manager" had to leave a message but have yet to get a response. I also emailed the customer service line and got no response. It's now 24 hours later and i have no response from them, no pizza, and the $14.99 charge is still on my card. We should be able to call the store directly and get answers. Not have to call the call center. I will never order from a dayton area Cassano's again.
To update this situation it is 5 days later and they have not contacted me back and no refund has been given. Poor excuse for customer service.

Slow as could be, rude and very unprofessional service i ordered 30 minutes ago and am still waiting on my pizza.. HORRIBLE.
