WOW! I don't do many reviews, because GREAT customer service just doesn't happen often enough. I searched the southeast for a dishwasher part that wasn't being produced any moreand they had it. The phone salesman was very friendly, confirmed they had the part in stock, and shipped it to arrive the Next Day, at a Great Price! TRULY OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Guys a front desk have always went above and beyond to help me. Courteous and friendly. Several times they had to really look into finding the correct part for me . Always a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them!

They had a stack kit in stock for a washer and dryer set that was being delivered after lunch. The store I purchased from didn't have the kit. Cashwell made it possible for us to stack the units when they arrived. Plus, they matched the prices that I had found online. Awesome service!

Initially got a good impression but I got the wrong part. Wife exchanged it while I was at work. She came in with baby in car seat and box in other hand struggling to get in. Three people at the desk and not a single gentleman in the mix. One was so absorbed in his YouTube video she wasn't sure if he even knew she was there. Part exchange went well but all three watched as she struggled to kick open the door with hands full again. Will pay more for better customer service.

Always knowledgeable. Great phone support on parts. Every person I have talked to on the phone has a GREAT attitude and are very helpful. I have everything shipped to our business.
