  I called yesterday for an inspection appointment for my mother's 3-family home. He was very knowledgeable, clear and thorough on the pest issue . A bit tone deaf on customer service for anyone who is "ethnic". In the midst of our conversation, he proceeds to vent on how many "ethnic" homes he's tired of going into and seeing grease in their kitchens. "I can't tell you how many ethnic homes I've been into and have seen grease and crumbs. It's as if it's a part of their culture to keep grease on their stoves and kitchens". I let him vent and get it out of his system, held my composure until the very end. I proceeded to ask if he had the instructions for the process in Spanish, and Chris said he could get it. He then asked if everyone was Spanish and I said "Everybody." "You too?" And I replied, "Everybody".
  He then says, "I appreciate you speaking English without an accent, I would have never known." As if being Hispanic and being able to speak English correctly without an accent is impossible?! I'm disappointed. Truly. He seemed like a professional in his field, unfortunately, not for myself or anyone in our home. I cannot feel comfortable allowing him in our home, knowing he will be looking down on all the tenants who live here, including my Dominican self. I'm all set. Thanks anyway Chris. Donde ESTA la biblioteca? 😑😐😒
  So if you're White and have pests, Chris is your guy! Congrats.

  Chris arrived “early”, which was greatly appreciated. He was very polite and professional. I walked with him through the entire inspection. He was very thorough and pointed out potential areas of vulnerability that I was completely unaware of as well as things that were already in place as deterrents. He did not rush, and I felt more comfortable after he left with the knowledge that making some minor changes/improvements will make my home more of a barrier to these critters. I had never heard of your company and was a little ambivalent (but desperate), and happy to say that I wouldn’t hesitate to contact your company again. Chris was amazing and great ambassador for your company!! Thank you!

  Chris is the best. I have worked with him a couple times, and he is always on time, and gets right back to me. very very thorough with the inspection and most importantly the explanation. He puts it in terms anyone could understand and really explains what’s going on. He also tells you what you need to do to fix the problem long term which is great. I manage many multi families and Highly recommend Chris he’s a great guy.

  Chris was awesome! We needed someone to help some swallows find their way out of our fireplace. It was at night and an emergency. Chris came over right away and humanely helped the swallows find their way home while also tightening our hatch so they wouldn't get stuck again. My family and I were grateful for his help and highly recommend Chris and co. for their professionalism and great service! Thank you.
