I have worked with Terry Gilpin for years buying cars at Renner Honda. Always a great experience, and always get treated very well. The service dept. is great too, and offer a shuttle service to get you back and forth during the day. Great people from the top down.
I've gone here twice now, first was last year for a tire rotation and had no problems. I went in a few weeks ago for a second tire rotation, and whoever did the job did not do it well. They put the hub cap back on incorrectly, so badly that it smashed the stem into the tire itself, causing my "low tire pressure" warning to go off. Fortunately it was easily fixed and there was no permanent damage, but I will not be bringing my vehicle here anymore as I no longer trust the work done here, even the simplest of requests.
I love my Honda Civic hatchback! I Didn't plan on buying the hatchback but it's very stylish and sporty. Mark Hunter was very knowledgeable and all of the employees were very nice. This is my second Honda from Renner and I plan on buying there again.
Renner Honda has provided exceptional service on my Honda's over the years I have purchased several. The Salesperson showed me the CRV and took me through all the features. The price was competitive, they had the car that I wanted, and I preferred a local dealer and personal attention over the larger dealers where I am just one of many.
My wife & I are very pleased with the service and salesmanship at Renner Motors. We recently purchased a new Honda HR-V and the salesman, Mr. Mark Hunter went out of his way to explain all the features and to make sure we understood everything. We would surely recommend Renner Motors & Mr. Hunter when considering a new or used vehicle.

I called service department to get a quote and the guy was not helpful at all. He acted as if I was being an inconvenience to him. Hello, I'm the customer and pays for service so you can get a paycheck. I will take my Honda to a non Honda dealership for service.
Terrible service. Better to skip em
Terrible Service. Do yourself a favor and go to Indy or Bloomington.
