great sledding hill. I had been to the dog park but brought family here twice this week and the sledding hill was a huge hit with the 7 and 10 year old. The best part is that parents don't have to walk up; you can see the whole hill and the slope is safe even for the young ones.

We visited Carter Park while in Breckenridge for Spring Break. This is a great place for sledding! The hill is steep enough to provide a good run, but not so steep it's tiring to climb. Our kids (ages 7&9) played non stop for about an hour and then made a snowman. The park is free, however, sleds are not provided. There is also a nice little dog park next to the hill. Main Street is a short walk from Carter Park which is nice if after sledding you have energy to burn!

Great hill for sledding. There is also a large dog park. Restrooms are also available. We brought a couple of sleds, thermos of hot water, instant coffee, and hot chocolate packets. It was a great free time for the kids. We will be coming back a few more times while we are in town.

I love this dog park! We drove to Breck and brought our dogs. I can't fully express how happy this dog park has made me and my pups. First, the atmosphere is incredible. Second, the people and pups were super friendly. I couldn't ask for much more. My only complaint/concern/improvement would be double gates as keeping pups inside can be challenging and please add a sign directing non-dog park attendees to walk around to get to sledding hill. There were sledders walking through dug park and getting irritated by dogs.

Either way, thank you for having this fabulous park!!

Just a small area with some fields and a playground. Well-maintained.

Great pavilion with all amenities for a family reunion. The only thing missing is a fridge.

Cute park but the pavilion is for rent only and we had to take our picnic elsewhere. Maybe bring a blanket just in case.

We took our 8 month old puppy today and we all had a blast. The park is easy to find and securely fenced. All the dogs and their owners were very nice.
