Hotel was very dirty ,we stayed their Saturday OMG room was terrible the bedding the sheets where smelly the bedspread had like blood stains rug dirty smelly it was so bad and 84 dlls a nite bad.. i don't mind paying 84 dlls but come on ,dont stay their u will regrets it very bad dirty hotel !!!!!!!!!!

We have been going to hotel for at least 17 years ..it has been nice and clean and very convenient for us to fly out. After our last experience this week we will NOT ever go there again!!! The breakfast is absolutely ridiculous..cannot call it a breakfastthe rooms are not kept up at all anymore. We had informed the desk we had a very late flight coming in could we still get our shuttle..yes no problem just call us. We did call when we were in the airport.. they told us to wait till we got our luggage.. called again and they said 10 minutes they will be therebut took longerif they would have came when we told them we would have not been the last people in the airport!!! He did not pull up to the doorwe had to go find him and when we walked right up to it he never got out to help with the luggage we did it ourselves and when we pulled in my car was running the only car running and he brings us to the door..AGAIN did not help us with our luggageyes he did not get a tip and have to say we were not friendly as he was mumbling out loud to himself!!! We will be going down the street to the Best Western for now on!! Super 8 you need either a new owner/management or close down!!!!

This is a convenient hotel if you're just too tired to drive home from the airport or have an early morning flight. Plenty of rooms at reasonable rates and right next to the airport. No real amenities, reasonably clean, good parking. AAA discount.

I stayed here about 5 years ago and the service and rooms were very good. This time not so good our room really needed some updating and some detail cleaning, dirt and debris behind furniture, film in the bathtub. The sink did not drain good and the vanity electric outlet did not work. The staff could be a little more friendly and welcoming. We would stay again though because of airport convenience.

We stayed under a park and fly deal. At the beginning of our trip all was fine. We arrived back at the airport at the end of our trip. Called for ride back to get our vehicle. Were told it would be 20 minutes. This hotel is across the street from the airport. After several phone calls and a 45 minute wait outside in 45 degree temp. our ride finally arrived. And the driver had the nerve to say we should not be upset about a free ride. We will never stay there again. Every other hotel has been there to pick us up in 5 minutes. Driver told us he was running errands. Ridiculous. Poor service!!

Worst Super 8! Hotel front desk did not answer the phone when I called for pick-up from the airport. Eventually, after calling the main Super 8 reservation 800 number, the mini-van showed-up one hour later.
Driver repeatedly asked for a tip during the short drive.
Rooms are old, dirty and smelly.
Breakfast is very basic. Ended up having breakfast at the airport instead.
Front desk staff and driver were all but helpful.
Was wrongly charged for the use of the "safe" in the room. Did not use the safe, didn't even notice there was one. Had to insist and wait about half an hour upon check-out to have that charge reversed.
Then, the driver refused to take me to the airport. Ended up walking to the terminal, this short walk in the sun and fresh air was the best part of the stay!response / report this review -

Super 8 was a good place to stay about 5-10 years ago, not so much now. The room we had was in of repairs or remodeling. Tile grout was loose, mold/mildew around the shower tiles and shower curtain.
The door frames need paint and the windows were drafty.
Staff was friendly however they need better training or better tools to work with, example wake up call never happened.
The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent.response / report this review -

The sink area was nice with updated counter top, faucet, and lighting. The microwave, fridge, and TV also appeared to be fairly new, and free WiFi was offered But that's where the good stuff ends. The towels had stains, there was a previous guest's leftovers in the fridge, two remotes for the TV/cable and no instructions, bed spread circa 1970 with rips, ripped curtains that didn't close all the way, worn armchair, ancient air conditioning that ran all night and barely cooled the room to a comfortable temperature, luke warm shower water, a broken vending machine, and a less than friendly staff member to check us out. At $100/night, I expected better.

This was one of the worst I ever stayed at. Me and a coworker stayed for a week. They gave his room to someone else and they walked in on him naked. Then locked him out. He was very upset. They did nothing to compensate for this. The place was dirty. When I turned on the hot tub a bunch of floating junk came out. It was sickening. The 2nd day they turned or room keys off and we had to go up to the front desk. Breakfast was awful. I went there at 6:10 am am it starts at 6 am and the workers were eating what little food they had. The lady yelled at me breakfast doesn't start until 6. Then looked at her watch and realized it was past time and apologized. Beds were very uncomfortable. The staff was the dumbest workers I ever met. The management must be awful because I can't believe these people still have jobs. They messed up everything no just for us but everyone else.

Free shuttle, clean rooms, great price. I've stayed at the cheapest hotel close to the airport (Motel 6) and there were police there constantly and we had a drug dog patrolling the hallway while we were there. This Super 8 being the second cheapest hotel close to the airport is a MASSIVE step up with only a 10$ price difference. No police or drug dogs, secure parking lot and a working AC make this place a comparable bargain. We were very happy to stay here. They actually have a free breakfast! (Motel 6 had a "free breakfast", but it was coffee and hot cocoa; no food). Super 8 has super legit waffles and some cereal, oatmeal, microwavable cinnamon rolls, juice, milk, water, toast and yogurt. Muy excellente.

The worst hotel I have stayed in. Gave wrong room keys. Towels and such were collected to be washed and sent back to the room while we waited. The front staff is rude beyond belief and when I complained they became rude a told me don't be rude and don't yell. The manager had no time to listen to my concerns. Paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights and get this terrible treatment from them

The location is great for catching early morning flight the next day. But the condition of the facility is horrendous. The carpet in room was so filthy that I didn't want to take my shoes off. The air conditioner that was mounted in the wall looked to be installed back in 1980. I would have left and gone to different hotel if it wasn't so late when I arrived. Do not stay at this hotel until they renovate it
