I was turned down at another car dealer. Went to Barts and they did everything in their power to help me. They weren't your typical pushy sales people. Ryan really helped me with what I was looking for with my stipulations. Great friendly staff!!
great bunch of people to deal with. they really treated me fair and were honest and up- front. what a great deal they gave me. id give them 10 stars if i could. will do business with them again when the time comes for another vehicle. thx to all. Bill Cox

Crooks !!!! Stay away !!!!!! Went to pick up my car and would you believe it they sold it to another store !!!! Financing done and I was on my way. Stay away !!!!! Update. I’ve filed a claim against Bart’s with the bbb. They need to fire the troll Dave who unprofessionaly hangs up the phone.
Very Rude, Unprofessional, and Vulgar
Spoke to Dave Barlag (260) 750- 5737, low balled me on my vehicle by 10k. He then proceeded to then tell me to, "Suck a bag of d*cks you moron". In all my years of military service, being deployed, and fighting for our country I did not come home to be talked to the way I did by a used car salesman. Correct me if im wrong but every employee is the face and representation of the owner and the business. Dave you severely smeared Barts good name and reputation. I am by no means impressed with his vulgar language, and his lack of customer communication skills.
Went and bought a truck on the 22nd. They told us everything was fine with the loan. We signed the paperwork and off we went with the truck. 16 days later we get a call saying we have to bring the truck back because the loan didn't go through. Now I called and talked to the guys at barts and asked them about a denial letter I had gotten from the bank they said we were financed through. They assured me it was a fluke and everything was fine. Fast forward to the day they called. It was a real denial letter and instead of telling us 9 days before that that bank was done with us, they continued to pull our credit and try to get us approved through other banks. Long story short, I have about 16 hits on my credit from barts and I ended up having to go with a higher payment and interest rate just to keep the truck. Why not just give them the truck and find another one, you ask? Well I would but since I trusted what they told me about everything being good, I put around $1000 into the truck to get it to work for what I need it for. If I gave it back, I would lose all that money. On top of that, R&B car company, who I bought another truck from just a couple weeks ago, doesn't have a big enough truck to fit my needs.
Now, if you want to deal with people who are fair and upfront, head down to R&B car company right down the road from barts. They will take care of you. Ask for David.
I bought a '05 Avalanche here. Part of the sales agreement was to have the lights fixed before I picked it up(bought on Monday, picked up Saturday). This didn't happen. I was also told it had been inspected, yet the Monday after my purchase I took it in to get alligned and found the front end need $700 worth of work. I've contacted the general manager twice and never got a response back. Granted, used cars aren't perfect, but fixing the lights, making it legal, was agreed upon and never fulfilled. If I can't trust someone,I won't do business with them.
Love my car from Barts. I bought it a few days ago. Great deal! They weren't the typical pushy car salesmen. I was pre-approved through my credit union for a loan and knew what I wanted to look at there before arriving. Damien was very polite and helpful with my first car purchase. Smooth process indeed!
Excellent Always! We are return customers and we love Bart's! We wouldn't think of buying a pre-owned vehicle from anyone else!!! Best prices and best service anywhere. Also they don't screw you over on your trade in! I would give more stars if I could!!!
Pretty aggressive on sales
A great car dealership with all kinds of cars to look at!
The sales person my boyfriend and i dealt with was "Big Jim". The customer service was great. We didnt feel pressured or in a hurry. Big Jim was very kind. Pushing a sale through didnt seem like his only goal. He even sat my boyfriend and i down and gave us tips on credit and way to improve our scores for future goals. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
Honestly my car buying experience wasn't bad and I do love my truck, but within the first 6 months of owning this truck now ( I bought it October 10th 2015) I have had many problems, first off my tail lights were out and all it was was a fuse and my air filter was so caked with dust that it had one solid face on it you couldn't even see the ribs of it, my oil was extremely dirty, and my coolant temperature sensor was out right from the get-go, and both windows in my backseat no longer roll down from their switch, only from the driver door switches, And then to put icing on the cake my truck has been in the shop for almost a month now because my Turbo went out and the warranty company you get through barts is nothing but back and forth, yes my Turbo is getting replaced but it is costing me $700, which I admit is not bad but is still $700. All in all the service really is good but all they do is clean their cars they do not inspect them whatsoever.
Brandon and team worked effortlessly to hook my fiance and me up with a beautiful like-new convertible Audi for an equally beautiful price. Brandon's service was unparalleled and was undeniably interested in our satisfaction above all else. After the sale, the owner personally came over to shake hands and exchange "thank yous" -- Bart's clearly operates under a personal and family-minded model, which, in today's cut-throat auto business, is so much appreciated.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to visit Bart's Car Store, ask for Brandon, and experience all this for yourself.
