Carpetland USA in Dothan is a beautiful place to shop. I went in looking for carpet and Michelle waited on me. She was very sweet and attentive to the kind of carpet I was looking for. We didn't purchase that day, I wanted to talk it over with my husband. Michelle stayed in touch with me. She called me to let me know of a secret sale they were having. It was a great sale. Too great to pass up. Needless to say, I purchased the carpet I wanted at a GREAT price and it was installed before Thanksgiving like I had requested.
The two men who did the install did a fantastic job! They cleaned up and vacuumed all the rooms before they left. I will definitely be purchasing from Carpetland USA in Dothan for my future flooring and remodeling!response / report this review -

Be careful if you do business here. I had something taken from my house during installation of my floors. Scary that you can't trust people you are keeping employed!!

My experience was terrible with the sales rep. The Tile Installer (Olan)that actually put the tile into two of our showers was AWESOME!! If you could possibly get that installer I might would recommend them but the service was terrible with the sales rep that we were offered.
