It seems that only unhappy customers take the time to tell you about how bad it was.
Rest assured after 35 years in business Carpet Master Carpet One has satisfied thousands of customers who keep coming back again and again.
We all have bad days and if it is brought to the businesses attention there was a problem it is testament to that store on how they resolve the situation if those unsatisfied customers did just that maybe they would be satisfied in the end and come back knowing if a problem occurs they will be taken care ofin a timely and proffesional manor.
In conclusion Cookie the owner of Carpet Master has taken care of my family since she first started in business in 1975,many other families in need have been able to rely on her along with multiple churches charitiy's and individuals in need.

I called every carpet place in the area to see who could bind a carpet reminant for me the fastest. Most places told me a week, but this place told me 2 days. There carpet is way overpriced, but since we needed it quickly we bought a rug anywaysof course it took 8 days for the carpet to be bound and they didnt even call me when it was in!! I would not recommend this place.
