Scheduling the appointment was hard because of how booked they are but the staff I spoke too, specifically Stephanie, made it easier. She worked with me to make sure i got an appointment which I really appreciated. The experience while here was not as great though. I usually frequent Dr. English who is amazing. This time around I had Dr. Hurst because I couldn't wait for an appointment with Dr. English to free up (probably because Dr. English is amazing). Anyways, I felt rushed while on my visit and didn't really feel l had time to verbalize what I needed done or wanted to talk about. The staff that checks you in are not personable. At all. I wasn't informed to make a follow up appointment so the ladies at the desk were getting angry and blaming the nurses. They also made it a point to discuss this in front of me and make me feel super uncomfortable. I think that type of discussion is better left in private and not in front of patients.

I've had to use it several times and it's been one of the best experience when your in pain you could ask for and the service was super courteous with compassion for your needs they are real people!!!!

Staff members are efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Physicians and Nurse Practitioners listened to me, shared concerns and explained processes. Recommend very highly.

Dr. Fox was hands down amazing! He was absolutely wonderful with my daughter! Keith was a wonderful RN as well. I would definitely return.

Travelling and stopped here for necessity, from the front desk to the registration, nurses and dr bissellALL were kind and respectful and went above and beyond for my care and i was able to continue on my way.

I was in and out in no time! The intake personnel and nursing staff were efficient and friendly. The doctor on call was Dr. Bissell and he was just as friendly and efficient as his staff. Great first experience with them!

I would never visit this hospital again. Service is very poor. Dr.Drummond was very rude and was not concerned at all about my husband's health. I hear alot of bad comments about this facility but had to see for myself. I would recommend this facility to no one.

I went in with a head contusion that I obtained at work. My forehead was gushing blood and I had a large goose egg. My coworkers were concerned that I obtained a concussion bc I blacked out and fell to the ground. It looked pretty nasty.
After checking into emergency, not once was I offered ice, which seems pretty standard. After waiting for over an hour, the doctor came in looked at it, said it was a "just a scratch" and tried to leave. Nothing in that area was ever disinfected, I asked for at least some glue to hold it back together and she refused. Any way you look at it, how hard is that? It's not like I was in there asking for narcotics. Her name is "Dr." Karen Bentley. Yikes. Terrible bedside manner. It seemed as if she was on another planet. I fear I will now have a scar on my face that could've been prevented with proper care.
To be clear, I NEVER review anything being in the service industry as I know how one sided things can be, but I am also in the wellness field and the lack of compassion and what I would consider standard protocol were nonexistent. Avoid this place if you can help it. It's worth it to drive an extra couple of miles.response / report this review
