My wife and I went on the 2 hour ride with lunch. Our guide, Dennis, was fantastic! My wife has ridden horses through out her life but this was my first ride ever. He gave great instructions and was super professional while also being fun to speak with and ensuring we had a great time. We stopped for a very nice lunch with a beautiful view and we just had a great overall experience. The price is very good and the quality was worth every penny so much so I'm sure we'll be back as soon as possible! I highly recommend this experience as well as high praise for our guide Dennis!

We had a 2 hour private ride, I can't remember our guides name, but he was the "metro cowboy" guy and he was a fantastic guide. The views were amazing, the horses were great!! The conversation was good, and I would recommend to everyone. We are very inexperienced but they taught us throughout the ride and got the hang of it.

Nice family friendly activity in Deer Valley. We did the 2 hour morning ride. Friendly staff. Good service. Convenient location near the Montage resort.

We took a half hour sleigh ride at Deer Valley in the evening. The ride was very comfortable and pleasant. Our guide, Jake, was very nice and made the whole event quite enjoyable.

My fiance and I recently took a ride with them at the Deer Valley location. I used the 2 hour ride as part of my proposal and all of the staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The trail guide was also willing to be a photographer for us. I could not have been more pleased with the experience and would recommend them to anyone!

FALSE ADVERTISING! Paid for the Stewart Falls Trail Ride which was advertised by Sundance as "Follow your guide through the forest with spectacular views of the Wasatch Mountains and Mount Timpanogos. Enjoy a brief pause as you admire the cascading water of the Stewart Falls. Listen to your guide as they teach you about the history of Sundance and this amazing canyon. Suitable for most riders and is by far our most popular ride. Voted number one by all guests who have been riding anywhere else in the world." We also asked the older gentleman that was in charge as well as the woman that took our reservation (via Sundance) that we were in fact booked on the Stewart Falls Trail ride. NOT ONLY did we NOT SEE THE FALLS, our guide talked about himself the entire time - NOTHING about the history or the canyon!! This was for my husband's birthday and was extremely disappointing (unless you like paying for a Cadillac and getting a Yugo!). I called the woman back after a day or two and she said "We get a few folks like you each year and you just can please some people!" I said ma'am, we paid to see the falls and learn about the history of the area. We didn't get either. Her reply "I didn't know I had to give a history lesson!" To add insult to injury, she said our guide was new - only had worked for them a week prior and was fired prior to us calling. Ridiculous customer service. Thanks for delivering something far inferior to what you advertised.
