If i could give a no star i would.. To start off no one ever answers their phones or emails left 2 voicemails 1 email. So I couldnt reserve or get general information. Gave them plenty of time to contact me back because i was planning 2 weeks in advance. So we drove up there and went with one of their competitors instead.

Rented some snowmobiles and they weren't ready when we arrived so lost time as they loaded them up. Had 3 of the 10 snowmobiles we rented act up and gave us issues all day. One of the snowmobiles never did work so we left it at the bottom. Tried calling for help and only got voicemail.

What an amazing time. The guides were so attentive and paid special attention to my 4 year old! He loved it! From the views to the equipment and staff, it was a wonderful experience. We have been on many other boring "ranch rides" around Norther Utah, but this by far has been the best experience. Our three hour ride took place on the Wasatch back through the Wasatch State Park and we went all the way from Midway to Snowbird and back! The views were breathtaking! Will definitely be return! My family and I had such an amazing time on the two hour snowmobile tour!! 10/10 would definitely recommend Lofty Peaks to anyone in the area interested in snowmobiling. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and our guide went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience!

Let me tell you AWESOME! They picked us up from our lodge and the driver was so friendly. They put us in the appropriate gear and I got hot (yes, hot) in the 20 degree weather. Our tour guides were great! Funny and friendly guys. Made me feel very comfortable riding a machine that I've never been on before. Then they took us back to Main Street so we could have lunch. Such an amazing experience!!!
