Careful, the staff does not give a **** about you. The ceiling is falling, the seats are itchy.. I was okay with the latter until the staff treated me like **** when I went to get a refill, they were playing in front of the drink machine I asked to reach the machine they looked at me weird and gave a couple of steps back and just stared at me.. i left and before turning the corner i heard them laughing at me.. I wanted to go back and say something, but did not want to give them the satisfaction. I would not go to this place and if you want to see a movie go somewhere else.

This theater was just acquired by AMC. It is rather dated. Seats are okay but rather worn. Prices are fair. Tuesday is the best night to go $5 tickets. Don't expect anyone to be there when you get out if you go to a late showing.

This is a decent theater with a more relaxed feel.

The seats are slightly better than standard, though they are not fancy.

The theater is not overly crowded and is usually a good bet for viewing new releases that are bought out elsewhere.

Lots of movies to choose fromfriendly staffwe are from out of town and GPS took us right to the theater. We would have given five stars except seating in our theater was very standard comfortable and cleanbut we are a little spoiled with our AMC back home with new plush seating.
All in all we enjoyed our movie and our evening. Thank you.

Decent environment, good concessions. Not too expensive. Self-serve fountain drinks and popcorn butter.

You get what you pay for. If you want very cheap tickets and kinda dingy facilities this is your place. Friendly staff and relatively clean. Somewhat poor sound quality, but the screen was big enough.

Nice that there are 18 theaters. Movies that I want to see that have stopped playing at other theaters are still playing here. Comfortable seats and the sound system sounds rich.

Theater was nice but staff was rude. Gave me the bottom of the popcorn and was just slivers of popcorn. I told staff that the coke didn't taste right and said co2 might need adjusted. They didn't care what I had to say. So I spent $37 to get in. Family of 4. $29 on concessions merchandise and was told I got all the free refills I want. So when I came to get refills they turned the coke machine off. Asked if I could get a refill and they said no we already cut it off. Definitely don't recommend going to this location!!!

Enjoyed the movie, and their popcorn is really good. Good selection of current movies to choose from. Type of seating was adequate. Very few employees working during the hours we attended; so luckily the line for tickets was not too long.

Reason for no rating higher than this is that the cinema needs updating and some repairs made for the prices they are charging. The night my family and I went we spent over $50 for the movie, popcorn and two drinks while it was raining outside and inside the theater. A few ceiling tiles were drooping and dripping from the saturation of water leaking on them obviously from holes in the roof of the building.

It's a good theater with good people trying to run it, but you shouldn't have to worry about the roof falling in on you, your family or anyone else there during the movie. Hopefully the owner's will help fix the roof and update the theater as soon as possible to help protect the safety of their employees and guests and make attending much more enjoyable and free of such concerns as these.

Horrible customer service - 4 people behind the counter (one of them the "manager" lol) and large line trying to purchase tickets but would only use one of the three available registers - and they found it imperative to talk rudely to customers 5/30/17 = there are much better theaters with much better customer service in Greensboro. I do like that they sell Maltesers but not worth the entirely unnecessary wait and abhorrent customer service.

Went yesterday to a matinee for my birthday. Soda machines were out of several drinks. Movie didn't start. Several people left after waiting over half an hour. No one even came in to explain what was going on. We asked for a refund. We were told by assistant manager Tyler Beall that he couldn't do anything to refund our money and that we would have to call corporate. When we called corporate we were informed that we could only get a refund from the theater, and that Tyler was absolutely supposed to refund our money in a situation such as this. So this location can't stock concessions, can't play movies, and can't refund your money when they fail to deliver. Waste of time and frustrating way to spend my birthday.

1:27a for a movie scheduled for 1:00 and there aren't even any commercials playing yet. Also charged 16 for popcorn and 2 drinks, but the only option for caffeine was mellow yellow. Everything else was out. Theater is also pretty gross. I noticed only because I've been sitting here for 30 minutes with the lights on.
