Ok. Wow. So it's been at least 6 moths or so since I've been here. I couldn't believe how run down it got since switching to AMC. Ugh. Really sucks because we now have to try to find another theatre to go to or not go out to the movies. From the staff, to the facility as a whole, the popcorn, the theatre itself, the movie, it was ALL terrible . The concession stand which is where the tickets are purchased as well was dirty and looked run down. The popcorn was low and tasted old. 1/4 of the tub was crushed up old popcorn! The theatre was a mess and so nasty. Like it's never even been cleaned. The movie /previews started and almost 15-20 mins in didn't even have sound !?!??! Hubby had gone the day before and he said their color was so off for a while. A lady who had gone to try to get someone to fix the sound said she's gone over 5 times and every time since the switch from Carmike there's been an issue. The lack of cleanliness needs extreme attention. I mean, seriously, does the manager even read the reviews. IF ANYONE READS THIS, DO NOT GO HERE. AMC needs to step up and fix the problems. I can see why it was so.empty. gross. Won't be back which sucks cuz we like to treat the kids to the movies !!!!!

Theater is always nice and the staff are usually friendly. Seats are really good in all the theaters.

This is the best theatre in Columbus, I'm not even going to take my time to complain on the wallet emptying prices, my biggest complaint is that if they are going to be this high, at least make the theatre worth it. If you consider going to the restroom I hope you know how to swim because the floor is a pool of urine. The tables in the lobby are always covered in coke, grease, and popcorn, the floors used to be swept but now you just see workers on their phone. The main reason this place gets 3 stars is the very convenient location, and even though the employees are always on their phones or talking, they're not rude.

This place needs a good cleaning. Crud in every corner, really nasty. Also Caucasian girl with red lipstick at counter patronizing to two senior citizens in front of me. In addition no one seemed to know anything about new 2018 popcorn bucket. Plus 30 while minutes of ads and trailers before movie.

This place was nice as all the theatres Carmike had. Since AMC has taking over things have quickly went down hill. It is very apparent the won't or don't have the money to spend.

Lots of choices and very friendly staff and they serve alcoholic beverages. Seats recline a bit and armrests lift. Great experience.

The theater was better when Carmike owned it. They don't seem to take as good of care of it now that AMC has taken it over. The staff isn't as helpful either.

The Good.
Great staff. Food was okay. Expensive food doesn't taste to well. Bathroom was clean.

The Bad.

The movie theater was absolutely filthy. The projector had red lines running though it. Smelled bad. Kitchen was super dirty and disorganized.

Great location, atmosphere and show but why charge us for a movie to then make us sit thru a number of commercials? The movie should be free then if they plan to pitch sales.

Went to go see Alien Covenant. The resolution was off, the only reason we new this is because when the title of the movie came on the first and last letters of "Alien" were cut in half and "Covenant" had the first and last letters completely cut off. It's a cinema's responsibility to screen the films and make sure that they are set up properly.

Never open on time or start on time. The person with the key just pulled up looking crazy ran in briskly and immediately locked the doors despite people being here past the showing of the film, Guardians of the Galaxy 2, that several moviegoers came for. This is not the first incident that this has happened. In fact, when I came to see Fast 8, similar incident occurred only with showings. I'm not sure what's going on but it definitely needs to be situated because it's unprofessional and could ultimately cost you a lot of business in addition to the already price items

My family and I love going to the movies here. They allow users to movie hoop! We have been known to do two movies at a time! If you buy a large popcorn, they refill for free! 5 Stars!!!

It was okay. Not over the top amazing or really terrible either. The other customers were the only problem. Some people have no respect and that will ruin even a great movie. It's definitely more than worth it to spend the extra money for the imax. It seats almost 500 people. More than enough space and pretty comfy seats too.
