Not sure why this place has such good reviews? I had the Chicken Chop Suey, nothing better than any other place. Egg Roll was decent.

I have been looking for good fried rice for the past 2 years of living in Cleveland and I'm coming to terms with the fact that it's just not the same here. The fried rice was a bit bland. The egg rolls were good, not too oily and good flavor. I tried the pad thai and it wasn't great, like I barely want to finish it. My husband enjoyed his lemon chicken. Maybe it's just that I ordered vegetarian and the meat dishes are better.

I usuall give no business 5 stars however Jackies has impressed me each and every time Ive eaten with them. They have even made changes for me on the fly without a complaint and most importantly without an issue.

  Terrific food and customer service.

This establishment sells Vietnamese food also. I ordered soup and spring rolls. Don't waist your time ordering the Vietnamese food here. Go get the real deal. I am sorry but just keeping it real.
