Spoke with Victoria regarding an upcoming visit of a friend she went above and beyond to make I was taken care of for my Keys Experience - even though I hadn't even made a commitment to them! All my watersport activities in the area will be with Carribean Watersports!

I found out they were stealing MY room charge tips from my checks as well as shorting my hours. When I confronted the owner about it they saw it as a liability and said they would have to let me go. I don't recommend supporting this business at all. They steal from the very people that make them money.

Enjoyed a Hobie cat sail rental one day, and jet ski another. Both went well and our visitors really enjoyed both. Equipment is clean and well maintained and lots of emphasis on safety, highly valued. Limited on the range you can go, so that in view of the dock. Also understand this is due to safety and security. Nice beach bar to have a drink after the adventures, and lol around in the swimming area to cool off. Excellent.

We had a great time parasailing!! Lady checking us in was nice and the two guys on the boat were great!! May have been a little more expensive than other places, but a huge bonus to be able to hang out on the soft sand beach while using the beach chairs and swim in the ocean. Tiki bar and food was a plus! Definitely recommend!!

Horrible..horrible. They are on site at our hotel. They didn't seem to busy. Thought I would book a parasailing trip. It was a no go. They could not even give me an appointment for the whole week I was there. I was told the weather conditions were bad. 85° with a ten mile an hour wind. It was horrible weather. (Sarcasm) I called others locally and was not turned away. Had a great time there. The one we chose was All In Watersports. They were great. The next day I wanted to rent a jet ski. Figured it was convenient since they were right down stairs. I was told it was to windy once again. Called other businesses that were willing to take my money. But I waited. Two hours later I called them again and they said they would be renting for the next hour. I ask if a two hour rental was out of the question. She ask me why would I do that? And stated most people only do 1/2-1hr. I said an hour would be fine and walked downstairs to their booth. Took maybe 5-10 minutes tops. I was then told all 6 of their jet skis were tore apart for service. Absolutely rediculous. I have a strong mechanics background. The mechanic was working on only one jet ski and had the spark plug out. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Very unprofessional. I would suggest to them not to advertise if they can't sell.

Great experience!first time parasalling and would recommend for any age group. Well worth the money. Crew was very nice and experience. Saw a hammerhead shark and tons of fish. Would love to do it again!

I dont know what these other people's problem is may they are the problem. The blonde hair woman at the both was nothing but polite and helpful. The parrasail capt and deck hand were really great and professional. I had a very nervous wife and the captain's jokes really help her calm down. She loved it and wants to do it again. So really good job caribbean watersports.

The blond lady at the water front reception is rude stupid and not smart. Such an attitude for customers . Shame on you ugly lady!!! Hope you will get fired..if not.. may you choke with your lousy ass jet ski
