This place is horrible. We never paid copay when visited Urgent care with our insurance. But the receptionist wanted us to pay copay, when we inquired him instead of explaining clearly he was very rude and said if you want to be seen pay the copay otherwise leave. We paid the copay and when we went in practitioner could not figure out anything about my lymph node infection. All she did was just take a oral look without paying much attention and said, "i don't know what it is and i can not give you any treatment" which unnecessarily made me panic. And the surprising part is without giving any treatment, just to take a mere look and to say she does not know anything they billed me $240!!.

I called ahead since I was arriving near to closing time, and the woman who answered the phone was not too friendly. However, I still showed up 10 minutes until they closed on a Saturday, and a male was at the check-in desk. He was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The physician's assistant was also a male and he was wonderful, very friendly, professional and answered questions, did not seem hurried or put out at all that we showed up near closing time. The female physician was very thorough, kind and unhurried, so my experience was excellent other than that initial phone call.

I would recommend Dr. Sellers for he is a great doctor. He listened to my problem and explained in great detail how he would send the test off and call me with the results, which he did. He was very kind and did not rush my visit.

This is quite possibly the best urgent care I've ever been to. Very friendly and efficient staff and NP, Lori. Luckily I went at a time when there was no wait so that was nice. I could tell they had my best interest in mind.

They did not take my insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket, but they told me all my options and didn't just try to treat me to get money out of me.

Needed a quick visit and the take care clinic was closed for the day. They suggested I go across the street to Care Now. I saw Lori at the 151st Location. She was very pleasant, quick, and handled the visit very quickly.

Both check in and check out were quick and painless. Check in consisted of filling out the normally expected history form and about a 60 second way for them to come up front and walk me back. Check out consisted of paying the co-pay and they had already called in a prescription for me by the time I reached the checkout counter. The whole visit probably took 30 minutes or less.

I would definitely visit this location again and would definitely recommend Lori as a very qualified and pleasant provider to see there.

Terrible. They said that they were in our insurance network and they were NOT. This led us to have a large bill. We also waited for 2 hours for them to tell my wife that she would feel better in another week. No prescription given.

Excellent care. Very good with our little one and the follow up was much appreciated. Called a couple days later to check on our babe and was more than willing to fax records to our pediatrician. Will definitely return if the need is there!

Awful! I pulled in and the woman saw me. Shut the lights off quickly, mins you it wasn't 8 o'clock yet. I said "are you seeing anyone". Her response "It's 8 already". It wasn't She wanted to leave and I get it but you have a job! So she stood in the back to check and came back at 8 and said they are closed. Didn't ask what was wrong, didn't help at all! Awful! Don't go in on a Sunday evening! The woman closing doors, awful!

I was going to let my horrible experience here slide until I received a surprise $1,250 bill in the mail. I went in for an extremely painful UTI on friday the 9th in the evening. I thought they would be faster than going up to the VA which would have been free for me. They said it would be $160 for a urine analysis. I was pretty much in tears at the time and they told me "ok there's nothing we can do until the test comes back in 2 days." No pain pills, no antibiotics. I even told them I had a business trip and I wouldn't be back until Wednesday. They pretty much just shrugged their shoulders. Now realizing, that leaving a UTI untreated for a week can lead to serious problems and that I just blew $160 for nothing. I decided to make the trip out to the leavenworth VA. They hooked me up. Pain pills and antibiotics the same day. Heck they even came off like they cared about me. Fast forward to Thursday and I am back from the trip so I go in to see what I paid $160 for. GUESS WHAT? They don't even have a Fricken doctor in to give me my results or write me a prescription! What if I had listened to you people?! My infection would have hospitalized me by this point. Absolutely INSANE! I should have listened to the other reviews. I am going to say this one more time. I was going to let EVERYTHING go until I got this bill. But now you can expect to see me on Monday. MERRY CHRISTMAS

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! I HAVE NEVER TAKEN THE TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW ON ANYTHING BEFORE, UNTIL NOW. MY STEP MOM IS DEATHLY SICK AND THEY WOULDN'T GIVE HER ANYTHING!!! THEY SAY ITS NOT A DRIVE, WHEN MY MOTHER HAD AN APPOINTMENT. THEY HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE TO ANOTHER FAMILY FRIEND AND THIS PLACE IS DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT DIAGNOSING ANY PATIENT LET ALONE ANY MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE! DO NOOOOOOOTTTTT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't even deserve ONE star!!!
