My wife and I had another of several recent meals at Carbone’s last night. She had her favorite Chicken Romano which was very good. I had the Veal Parmesan which was very good also. Since it also came with a side of pasta it was very filling and I was unable to finish both. But the best part of the night was the hot banana peppers with Asiago cheese. They were excellent! We will return soon.

A real good place to go for family gatherings. Service is good, food is decent. You won't go wrong chosing Carbone's.

DO NOT EAT HERE Save the money and be considerate of your taste buds and hungry stomach And go to rizzo's to get an amazing meal Or honestly, even McDonald's. Terrible marinara sauce, rubbery pre packaged meatballs, canned vegetables, salad tasted so weird I'm telling you This place is straight-up disgusting.

My family has been going to Carbones Restaurant since 1955 and we love it so so much and the food is outstanding and we feel like family there and it is so special when Natalie comes by and visits us and her daughter is such a wonderful Chef. We look forward to very visit we make there. Our personal favorite is the Veal Parm and it is outstanding and you have to try it out - we LOVE it ! Jack Putnak Charleroi pa

The Darren is the Best Steak Sandwich I ever have eaten!!! It is literally a whole steak on a 1/2 of Italian Bread and The steak was like butter it just was so flavorful and tender. Truly one of the most amazing sandwiches I have eaten and believe me it's huge there is no way you are going home hungry after you eat this belly buster! Amazing atmosphere and The staff is friendly and Kind. Made me feel like I was home with family Definitely a 2 Thumbs up!!!

Love the Italian Sampler, wedding soup, and pecan ball as well as the personal visit each and every time by the owner. Great relaxing atmosphere!

I went to this restraunt for happy hour. The bartender was really nice and allowed me to get a few items in right after happy hour started. The food was awesome the blood orange Martini was great. I definitely would go again and recommend others to go. I had the bruschetta and a steak salad

Always fantastic both food and service! Our family's go to restaurant for "special occasions and celebrations"! The food was exceptional on my last visit in January 2016!
