  This place is awful. They completely messed up my order 3 times. Making all of my guys go there 3 different days to pick the vests and ties up. When I spoke to a manager he had no idea what he was talking about and had my order completely wrong even though my order sheet was correct. They themselves ordered the wrong color vests and wrong ties for everyone but the groom. This is not the kind of stress someone needs 2 days before my wedding. I suggest going elsewhere.

  Absolutely horrible experience would rate lower if I could. Out of 6 groomsmen and the groom only 2 tuxes fit correctly. The tuxes came in way after we where told they would be. Ended up coming in the Friday before the Tuesday wedding. Wanted to mail the groom's tux to us after it came back corrected. All fixes that shouldn't have happened because of their poor measuring capabilities. So his tux being there on time for his wedding was going to be dependent on one day shipping. Then we had a groomsmen drive over an hour to get his finale fitting done after they said the one employee would still be there. That employee was gone by time he arrived. Then they changed out a shirt that fit correctly for no reason. So we had to go out the morning of the wedding and buy a $100 shirt that matched the rest of the groomsmen. Just an absolutely horrible and stressful experience. Go somewhere else save yourself the headache!!

  So Mr.Fox was very helpful after our incident with our tux rentals for our wedding. They were very nice and wanted to fix the problem as much as they could, considering that we couldn't really go back and fix the issue its self. I would still highly recommend Captains Quarters to anyone, I understand that although our situation was frustrating, that is not the norm for them and they did what they could for us. *Rented suits from here for our wedding yesterday. Ordered the tuxedos a while back, had to send my mother to pick them up the day before and she was assured that everything was except for one suit that was already picked up, but somehow not paid for. So she paid for all of them, come to find out 20 min. Before the ceremony that one is missing, not even the one that was supposedly "picked up". They called and left me a message 10 min before the ceremony telling us we could "meet halfway" (we were out in Leelanau) and called again with the same message 5 min into the ceremony where the best man was left out of after months of planning thanks to these people. SO upset and disappointed that out day was ruined like this.

  My go-to place for office and formal wear. Their style may not be flashy, but it's classic, and will last forever. The service is excellent and they can help you put together outfits that will look great on you. I get tons of compliments on the suits and jackets I've bought from here. All the guys there know their stuff, but Lu really takes it to another level. He belongs on Saville Row haha.

  Captain's Quarters is amazing~! I am so thankful that I stumbled upon them for our wedding. They have unbelievable customer service and are very accommodating. Every other tux rental place I went to doesn't even come close to CQ! Thank you so much for making one of my many decisions easy!!

  "Customer Service the way it should be". I felt very welcomed into the store, they were not 'pushy' about sales, but helpful and informative. The staff made it incredibly easy to find the outfit I needed, and I looked so 'classy' that I was sold. Captain's Quarters a store unlike any I've been into in a long time. - Jared
