By far one of the best family owned sports shops I've shopped at. Everything in the store is a well made product. We will forever shop here for all of our archery needs. From custom built strings and cables to simple D loops. I highly recommend having custom arrows built there. This is stand up business ran by stand up people with stand alone quality products. Not to mention two of the nicest German shepherds I've ever let sniff my crotch lol. Thanks Dan

We stopped at this shop as tourist. Realized they were closed and was getting ready to leave when my kids spotted a black bear statue. They wanted their picture taken with it. So while they were with the bear two big German shepherds ran towards me and the owner came out. I explained to him what we were doing there and he responded back that yeah he had the bear and two dogs and it was private property. He was extremely rude and threatening!!! Please do not accidentally go there after hours or he may sick his dogs on you!!! Since this place is private property, you may want to consider doing your business elsewhere so you won't be threatened with dogs. Negative stars! This scared my daughter very much.

Great selection, great bait, and not only were they friendly, we ran out of minnows, and they delivered us fresh bait at the boat launch! Above and beyond! One of the few old school bait shops left!

February 28th, hammering big perch on Portage Lake. Bought minnows from Osborne's yesterday, good lively minnows. During day two we needed more perch and blue minnows to keep fish fest going, Dan went out of his way to deliver the minnows to us. Now that is what I call customer service, and valuable part of the fishing community. He made two very happy fisherman today, and customers whenever we are in the area.

Dan was extremely knowledable about the latest updates on the Ice Fishing on Portage Lake. His store is one of the cleanest and well laid out I have been to in the area. He went the extra mile to help us out when our auger broke down and provided a hassle free way to rent one to get us through the weekend. I am now a life long customer and will go out of my way when in the area to pay him a visit.
