Plays up the "oldest bar in Florida" a little much. Wanted to shoot pool, & only option within walking distance. Nice live acoustic guitar.

Historic little saloon just off Duval. Grab a seat and pretend you are a local. Everybody (of age) is welcome. Cold drinks, good service. A must visit for Jimmy Buffett fans "to get out of the heat".

It's a dirty, dive bar. But it's AWESOME!!! Good music. Good pirates punch. The men's bathroom needs a good scrubing and a toilet. The men's room has a sign that reads "toilet in next room"

A Key West must. Always good live music on tap, and the beer is good too. They even allow food deliveries if you get hungry.

Joe, Mike and the staff are the best.

This is one of my favorite bars anywhere. It's definitely a dive bar; one of the few true dives in the keys. The amount of character this place has is amazing.

The place was fun for what it is. We had to at least stop in, as it is the original Sloppy Joes location where Hemingway hung out. If you desire a beer or a simple cocktail among interesting people, this is your place. They had live music when we visited on a Saturday afternoon that we enjoyed. The place is super dark, probably because of all the dust they don't want you to see. Dusty dollar bills and bras are pinned up on every possible surface.

Ambiance is very unique and interesting, but the bartenders weren't the most inviting. I'd recommend it if you were pub crawling, but there's better bars on the island.

Hands down the best bar in Key West!! Live entertainment; 1 or 2 man band, pool tables and other bar games! Open air bar with trees growing out through the roof! Reminds me what old Key West used to he like! Great history too!

Really great food, drinks, and staff! I enjoyed a 7 bean vegan burger with some sweet potato fries and the rest of my party enjoyed a wrap and a pizza. The food was overall delicious and speedy!

This is a great local scene that feels very authentic and isn't overdone for the tourists. If you're looking for something with a real local feel this is the place for you. Don't forget to bring your bra, dollar bill or a business card so you can leave your mark at this historic establishment. My wife and I will definitely be back thanks again Captain Tony!
