Our garage door needed repair, I called Capital City Garage at 1:23, they sent someone over 1:50 and repair was finished in an hour. With other garage door companies, I've had to wait a week at least. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. 100% recommend!

I backed into my garage door and knocked everything off track and bent it up pretty good. The owner that usually stays in the office came over in less than 30 mins to my house. He said he usually doesn’t do the service calls but because his son was busy and I was close he came by. He fixed my door in 15mins. When I asked him how much I owed he said 20 dollars. I was super surprised to have someone show up so quick, fix my issues and charge me nothing. This kind of experience is what makes me shop local and support small businesses like this. If they are willing to help someone so honestly like this and not charge a huge service fee, that to me means that this is the kind of business and people I want to do business with. He also gave me a extremely good price on a new replacement panel that included installation. I highly recommend these guys!

Wonderful customer service! We needed a Torsion Spring that was going to be 2 months out for delivery from everywhere else, and Capital City Garage Doors had one in stock that they were do kind to sell us. Thank you!!!! We will definitely use for all future garage door needs!
