We bought a property from a Capital 1 Realty Sales customer and were very pleased with the way they handled the transaction. They really helped make sure that the whole transaction went through and helped massage a difficult purchase. Also helped us facilitate a real turn over of the property, with keys and codes. I had a great experience working with Capital 1 Realty looking for a commercial space to lease. We were looking for a very specific type of space and our budget was not the easiest to work within. However Alan Sazman willing to work with us over a 9 month period looking at countless potential objects until we finally found the place. He went to bat for us over and over and never lost heart. We appreciate his huge help!

My wife and I have used Aziz to talk about our financial future and real estate investments on multiple occasions. Every time that we speak with him I am blown away by his ability to listen and ask the right questions to fully understand our situation so that he can give us sound, professional advice. If something doesn't make sense he will let you know and point you in the right direction. When you meet with him you can tell he looks at you as a person, not just dollar signs, and that is what I want out of my mortgage lender
