This is a great place to use if you send holiday baskets to customers, prospects, vendors and friends especially during the holiday season. I used them for yeas before I realized they had a store open to the public. It does save time for businesses to do everything over the phone.

I ordered a fruit basket on 6/24/2021 for someone to be delivered the next day only to receive an email
Stating that the basket could not deliver from Fed X for lack of information, although all the information was given. I then called Fed X and reviewed the information with them. It is now 6/30/2021 6 days later and the basket still did not deliver Imagines fruit basket on a fed x truck for 6 days. I called Cabalbos to cancel being it’s going nowhere and I keep being told they cannot locate the recipient. They said they would notify Fed X but I have to pay return fees!!! It’s their error orFed X but I have to pay for it. Unheard of. I would not recommend them to anyone!!! Their bad business

I rarely write a review, but for this site, I am. I ordered a gift basket on Friday, April 16th with a ship date of Wednesday, April 21st for a surprise birthday gift. Instead of receiving the basket, the recipient received notice that it would not be there until April 22nd. Even with the possible delays of the Pandemic, six days from ordering to desired delivery date from NJ to OH should have been sufficient. Buyer Beware!

I ordered a Mother’s Day basket for 2019 . The basket was not delivered until a day after Mother’s Day . I feel the quality control is lacking with this company . I have ordered many times with a similar named company , never had a delivery problem . The product is nice , but if you want to make sure it gets delivered on time , well that’s questionable! I was not only embarrassed, but frustrated that my mother had no Mother’s Day present . I placed the order over a week in advanced . So to wrap this review up , I would say nice gift basket but very unreliable delivery !
