PLEASE fix your phone system. I hate to sound rude, but it's absolute garbage. Putting people on hold is a thing, not sure if you guys have heard of it. Don't just hang up and tell me to try again later. Awful, awful service on your part.

I hate coming to the courthouse but I have to say this is one of the easiest locations to come and pay a ticket or to see the judge. The line tends to move on the quicker end of the spectrum so the wait isn't terrible. And also being that se aren't a terribly large community the wait is very reasonable. That being said I hate the courthouse!

I suspect that many of the negative reviews are a result of the circumstances one finds themself in when here, so I try to put that aside and review just the service. And it's pretty good! I got through the line quickly, the court clerk was pleasant and informative, and I got an extension to my court date in order to further address my ticket. Really the only complaint I have is the utter lack of street/free parking, and the fact it seems to be intentional in order to collect the pricey and inflexible daily fee. 4/5 stars.

Please fix the phone system to let callers know when your call hours are. Many of us spend a lot of time waiting to get an answer and we don't ever get one having wasted all that time. The least you could do is set up a simple automated message system.

I visited the court house due to business, I'm from the state of Florida and we do things a little different. I have to say the bathrooms were not very clean, the people working at the front office for traffic citations and to submit other forms they were very slow and not helpful, they were somewhat nice. The legal help support group they were actually very nice and very helpful the bad thing is you have to wait about 2hrs or more depending on how many people are in front of you. The phone system must be changed because I agree with almost everyone they suck BIG time or maybe they do that on purpose so we have to drive to the courts and pay for a parking ticket that's my guess. Overall its an okay experience, not the best but not the worst I've seen.
