This lawyer was a blessing to me and my family. From the minute we met him, we knew he would help our mother. He is very compassionate and made me feel at ease despite my constant anxiety over our case. He will keep you informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to call on him again should the need arise.

I consider this firm to be one of the best when it comes to accident or nursing home cases. They care and do not take a case unless they feel it is in the client's best interest. The experience and professionalism sets the firm apart in my opinion.

I wish to share my personal experience involving an elder law/nursing home case. If anyone is ever in need of an excellent attorney in a negligence or wrongful death case then I would highly recommend Joe Dughman. I was fortunate enough to be referred to his law office after my mother passed away due to negligence in a local Nashville nursing home facility. Attorney Dughman has a very methodical common sense approach when investigating a case. Attorney Dughman has shown nothing but compassion for myself and my family during a very difficult time and is the attorney anyone should hire to require the nursing homes to accept personal responsibility
