  Communication with the office before the appointment was great. The technician David called the morning of the appointment and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time. He spent time performing what I had requested and taught me about the process and the importance of why it needed to be done. No one from Blue Haven had ever taken the time to tell me about it. David was very professional and courteous during the entire visit. I will definitely let my friends know who have pools and need work done to call Calm Waters.

  Our first experience with Calm Waters was great! Dewayne and Clayton arrived on time, professional and corrected the issue with panel/control box. They also explained the benefits of using Calm Waters for pool maintenance, of which are many, given the issues we've had in our failed attempts with Blue Haven and thr ozone system. Very pleased with today's service and will be in touch to sign on for regular maintenance.

  Cody is awesome. I had an issue with getting my pool pump started and he made a special trip out to go over pool pump procedures. Very professional, very patient. My pump is up and running!

  At first, this company did not have technicians that cared about their job. They would leave chlorine tablets in the skimmer! After my 3 months of initial service, I was told that I had scaling issues in my pool. Jonathon Broussard, a pool tech was very professional, informative and knowledgeable about the chemistry of the pool and fixed the problem. If it were not for his arrival to fix this issue, I would have given this company, at best, a 2 star review. The company gets a 2 star but this tech gets a 5 star!

  Never in my life have I had such good service! Dwayne was beyond amazing 🤩 so polite and respectful and knew exactly what he was doing! He not only fixed our pool lights perfectly but even went above and beyond to help to test some other equipment while he was here. He ended up finding a mistake the original installer had made and corrected it quickly along with teaching me how to use What I have installed! Calm waters has my business from now on ❤️
