  I love CPK. I was really disappointed with my sevice. I get it’s the holiday season. It took the waiter 30 mins just to take our drink order then another 15 to receive our drinks forgetting one of them so another 10 mins. Our surver was very friendly and nice to us but not very attentive even when the rush started to slow, it took a little bit to get his attention. Other than that the food tasted great.

  Messy, little detail to menu, undertrained staff. Been to better california kitchen locations. They gave us trash instead of sugar, dirty plates, and music was very loud. Not pleased. When we memtioned our food was not what we ordered, no manager helped. The waiter just plopped tomatoes on our table. It was quite the let down.

  I would order from this location every couple months for about 13-16 people ($200+) for work lunches that start promptly at 12pm. The first few times I ordered from the curbside I wanted it ready for pickup by 11:45am. Wellin my experience, they are never able to give you the food when requested. After the first time not getting my food for 10 minutes after the 11:45am pickup slot and barely making it to the meeting I started ordering it ready for pickup by 11:30am. Well then it would take them 15 or 20 minutes past that still making it very close to the 12pm meeting. I kept thinking they would get their act together, but today was the last straw. I ordered for it to be ready for pickup by 11:30am and my food wasn't ready until 12:03pm and I was late for my meeting. I enjoy the food at CPK, but will no longer be ordering our firm lunches from there from now on.

  Tonight the service was almost non existent. For a party of 2 we walked in and waited a few minutes to be seated. From then we sat at our table for 10 minutes until finally a gal came and asked to take our drink order. We then waited an another 10 minutes before our drinks came. Upon receiving our food, one of our salads had no salad dressing and it took 10 minutes to get the attention of a service member.
  I live walking distance but not sure if I'll frequent this cpk anymore.

  We are biased because we have both worked here before, but we love CPK. Very good pizza and other menu items. We are disappointed that the menu has taken a weird direction and doesn't focus on the pizza anymore, which we think is the best on the menu. It is expensive for what you get, but overall we like this location and we come all time.

  They have nice pizzas. They have a lot of specialty pizzas that you can't get anywhere else. The service is rushed, and not very friendly. I really want to like this place, but it's not at nice as it should be. It's part of the mall, so it's very convenient if you want to get pizza and clothes.

  California Pizza Kitchen was good. We were looking for some for a sit down restaurant that severed good pizza. We had time for a sit down meal, but we were on a schedule, so it was great to have brief wait time before we were seated by the hostess and then immediately greeted by our waitress. The service was great, the waitress was good to take a minute and show an interest in us as customers. She was also very informational when we asked her questions of the menu and food favorites. She gave us adequate time to decide what we wanted and was never pushy. Our food was served quickly, but a little hot. The pizza was good, but over priced for the over all quality and taste. California Pizza Kitchen met our needs of being prompt, personable, and pleasing to the taste. So if you're looking for a good, quick, sit down meal on a Monday night look into California Pizza Kitchen.

  First time eating here.. definitely amazing service and fantastic food! We received our picture perfect food super fast, and with a smile. Refills were never a problem and the atmosphere was excellent!

  Really good food and service. I've never been served so well. Anyone that goes here must ask for McCall Williams to be their server. Would recommend the food to everyone
