I bought 100 USD Thanksgiving promotion voucher from their website and I was supposed to receive voucher for 100 USD and a 20 USD bonus card, have the confirmation number through email and went to CPK restaurant to use the voucher and ended up paying from my pocket as voucher was never received, even that I have mail with confirmation number and all and this restaurant also could not do anything - became headache for us to call customer service which never has anyone and left message - got a call back in 3 days from a lady to tell me that someone will reach out in next 48 hours to resolve and here we are 3 weeks after waiting for this call - What a FRAUD !!! will NEVER buy from their website !

The servers were great, management was great, but the tables and booths were a little sticky. Sticky tables and seats are one of those things I always pay attention to. Overall we had a good time.

My dad and I come here sometimes and we like it. I love the bread and olive oil dip they give as an appetizer. My dad is obsessed with the Chinese chicken salad, and gets it every time we go. I have tried the veggie pizza that has the baby broccoli on it, and it is so tasty. The mushroom pizza is good as well, and I love their crust. Staff is friendly and fast. The location is right on the corner and has some terrible traffic if you try to enter the lot off william d tate, instead try to use the service road and come through the back entrance, this saved me tons of time.

Not as good as it used to be. Our pizza was burnt and we found a long hair in our salad. Very disappointed this time around.

Great food, it was our first time here. I had the chicken piccata, strawberry watermelon salad. We started with the chicken lettece wrap it was really good. To end it we had the Belgian chocolate souffle! Awesome!

I've never had a bad meal here. Service is fast and friendly. I go with my adult kid's and daughter-in-law and they love it as well. One great but scary thing is, it is never busy.

I liked the sparagus spinach spaghetti. Waitress surely seemed to be having a bad day. It's likely and understandable that everyone eventually has a bad day. Despite, a smile and cheerful attitude always goes a long way.

Too many reviewers P&M about service, when it's a known fact that there is mass staff turnover in the service industry everywhere, so get over it as it will change again and again. The real determining factor is the food, the variety and can you make changes on the menu. The answer is; the food is delicious, they have a wide variety and they readily can make changes. Really, what more do you want? It's one of our favorite restaurant chains.
