The service department is great. They are friendly and skilled. They are always on top of the recalls and take great care of my car. Selection of cars on the lot is small, but that is to be expected with such a small business

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Thanks so much! I was traveling back to Pennsylvania and all of a sudden I heard a strange noise coming from back rear of my vehicle. My GPS took me to Loudonville and Cal Hans Ford. I had never been there before being from PA, and was concerned about dealing with someone new. I met Kevin Hans and he got my SUV right in. He was kind and understanding about traveling alone and was concerned about me making it home safely that evening. My SUV was fixed in no time and the repair price was super fair (my hubby shopped the price when I got home - lol). Price great, repair perfect, and treated like a long time customer. Service department was top notch! My husband will be traveling to Ohio for his next truck! Thanks, Cal Hans Ford!

Great place to go for Ford parts and quick answers to issues or concerns. Service Manager has a great attitude and gets the right parts very fast. Won't go to any other Ford dealer for parts.

Horrible. My girlfriend got Got a 07 Jeep Compass and within the first hour of driving it off the lot engine light turns only then a week later it comes back. Then a month later She has to replace both wheel barrings, axle, and tie rods, both O2 sensors! Do not buy from them!!
