Very nice small cozy place and food was delicious but a bit too pricy for just appetizers
Great bar. Perfect spot to impress your significant other. Candlelit + alcohol = winning.
Great food but a little pricey. I had the filet mignon and it was amazing. The portions are a little small but over all great food.
It's very good. But much more expensive than expected. Probably priced at the top of what's appropriate for what it offers.
Great cocktails. Fun at night.
Had an old fashioned with the charcuterie plate at the bar. The drink was made very well and the food was tasty.
You can't beat the ambience here. Most of the seating is in a very charming outdoor patio. The interiors consist of various rooms intertwined together. Nothing else in L.A. like it. Good wine and cocktail selection. They have a great lunch and dinner menu. Service is generally very good. It is expensive. I've heard a lot of people mention this wondering if the food was actually worth it. I don't know. But I always find myself going back. One of Silver Lake's classic establishments. Be prepared for charm and don't worry about the cost and you will enjoy it.
Cafe Stella is a pinch of Paris in Los Angeles. Their wine list features well thought out French selections, while their cocktails are curated American choices on a deep and delightful liquor menu.
There is outdoor and indoor seating, and a small smoking patio for those who wish to light up.
Choose the artichoke, then the steak au poivre, follow with a cheese and honey plate, and finish it all with a fernet for the perfect evening.
Great ambiance, great service, great drinks at a reasonable price. Can't wait to come back!
I'm always amazed this place isn't more crowded for weekend brunch. The food is so delicious always high quality. Moroccan eggs and pancakes are awesome.
The food is great as is the atmosphere. The decor really makes you feel like you are in a fancy French bistro somewhere in Paris. The staff has always been friendly and nice to me. The only down side is the price which seems a little high even for this trendy corner.
An LA staple. Great food, exclusive, artsy clientele great, friendly service, beautiful decor. You feel like you are eating in a picturesque grotto. Flavorful entrees with a great bar attached that attracts cool kids, musicians and artists. It's the exact type of place you'd expect to find the Intelligentsia crowd (which is located next door) in the evenings. I love this hotspot.
Came for brunch twice. Enjoyed both times I've been here. Really recommend the bar area you enter off Sunset. They do a great job with the beverages here and the atmosphere is excellent. The restaurant's garden area is also a great place to be seated.
