Slow, slow, slow, slow, slow. Make you wait 5+ hours to unload, and, of course, it’s a smoke free facility. Thanks guys, thanks a lot.

They're slow as hell!!! And could care less. My appointment was at 6pm. I even got here a little early and they have yet to even drop the ramp and change the light so I could at least feel like there was hope. The kicker is that I was told that they go on break at 6:45 and "might" start at 7:15. How lovely!!!

Hope you have plenty of time. Slow lazy workers. Capstone is the worst where ever they are. Lazy lumpers. Why on earth does the driver have to be held up while the lazy lumpers do thier job. Unload the truck and let the drivers go. Count the load on your time.

9am appointment, arrived 0830, in dock 0845, almost 1300 and still not started. What a bunch of lazy ass people work here. Why schedule appointments if you don't follow them. If capstone can't do the job get a different lumper service in to unload trucks.
Don't forget the drivers bringing your freight are not getting paid to sit in your docks. That is until their companies bill you the significant detention fees that some of them charge starting after 1hr after appointment time at $400 per hourresponse / report this review -

slowest place I have ever been to over 3 hours in the door and still not started to unload my trailer and have 53 minutes left on my 14 hour clock. will not deliver here ever again.

Worst on earth for delivery!!!
I will never deliver to this place again even if they over me a million dollar. Slow lazy asses and charge so much for lumper. They don't even deserve a star but have no choice ☹️☹️☹️response / report this review -

Great people to work with. Not a lot of money to work there. Maybe for students looking for money or something extra. The supervisor Kim I sent a wonderful woman to work for.

3pm apt time got here at 2 still here at 630 got a green light 30 mind ago but still waiting for them to call and tell me how much I own for their own freight. Slowwww and charge me? Ridiculous
