Good food very pricey. Reservations recommended or required. Not a good place for a fast meal plan on taking your time. Chefs have been known to be heard yelling at each other from the kitchen. Very Italian!

The atmosphere is great. We had two waiters; one awesome and one terrible. Our appetizers were awesome however the pasta was incredibly dry. 2 dishes had to be sent back.

We LOVE Cafe Fiore! Their menu has a fun twist on classic Italian dishes along with their cocktails. They are especially busy during their happy hour. The ambiance and service is top notch as well. Great for a large group celebration or intimate outing with your significant other or best friend. It's been a great setting for all kinds of occasions.

Came here on Friday 12/8 for a dinner break. This place was really dark. After being seated, we asked for water while perusing the menu. We were told that an 8-oz bottle of water was $2.50. All this because of the fire and boil order - I’m sure they had donated water and are gouging customers. The staff can barely speak understandable English. They made my drink wrong and copped an attitude about it. Because we are white? To end things off, my $16 salad was all greens and tiny and did not have all the ingredients listed on the special sheet. When I asked, I was basically told “si they are there.” Sigh. Wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in my salad. So triple whammy bad - bad atmosphere, horrible service, horrible food. Stay away

I grew up in the area. Love the food and atmosphere here. Live music sometimes. The service can be hit n miss. It's never terrible, just takes a little longer sometimes than others. Kinda upscale.

Fantastic food, excellent service by all the staff, wonderful live music all located in a warm and inviting environment. After driving for an hour to get here from my house, it was absolutely worth it! I highly recommend trying this restaurant out, from salads to appetizers to wonderful pasta entrées to homemade desserts, Cafe Fiore is fantastic!

Food was okay. Personally, it was a bit over seasoned for my taste, came out lukewarm, and the atmosphere was busy. I came from out of town looking for a decent meal. I was seated outside on a chilly night with the promise of heating lamps (which were never turned on) and was drowning in the sea of people going to the back where there was live Rastafarian music. Music was good, but didn't really go with the meal.

Great place for a nice meal. First time at Cafe Fiore for lunch. I had the grilled avocado with Ago over arugula with citrus wedges. Tasty. The perfect light lunch. Overall my dining experiences at this restaurant have been great. Keep it up.

My husband and I have loved this place for years and years!!!! It is the absolute best Italian food in all the county. The atmosphere is romantic and charming. You are greeted like family! Ruthie is the most wonderful woman who takes care of EVERYTHING you need! Last year they catered our 25th Anniversary. It was Amazing!!! Everyone raved about the food! Thank you Cafe Fiore!!! One of my favorite dinner spots in Ventura. Food is good, dessert is great, nice ambience, wine and full bar, live music, outdoor tiki bar, and located downtown right up the street from the Ventura pier.

The access card brought us here, somewhat a fancy place especially later in the evening we got here at 5pm so didn't feel underdressed. Service was really nice they treated us with respect and were very attentive. (we've experienced at some places if you have the access card you don't get the same service) My husband and I both got a house salad which was really good. I got the pistachio encrusted Swordfish with creamy mashed potatoes and season vegetables, my husband got the boneless Chicken dish. We enjoyed our experience here! It's nice to try new places & learn more about our beautiful city, we have a new place on our radar for us and our out of town guests.

Can't say enough about this place. Food is absolutely amazing and reasonably priced for a fine restaurant. Have never had anything I didn't love. The appetizer trio is the best I've ever had at any restaurant.

So my mother saw a sign sayingTry our pizza, and I'm so glad she did!! The owner first gave us a taste of The Soup of the Day and it was Ummmm Ummm Good! :-) Than we ordered the pizza. It was REALLY goo!! The customer service was excellent. From the owner to his son and worker they we're all very pleasant. It you are near here stop in for great food oh and they do catering also. Try them you won't regret it!!
