  Granddaughter shopped for and found formal for a pageant. The ladies were extremely helpful, professional and patient. It was our first time shopping here and it was a wonderfully memorable experience.

  I recently went wedding dress shopping at Caela Scott, and I found my dream dress there! Their selection is phenomenal. Their service is phenomenal. I made an appointment (recommend this), and the staff member who helped me was so friendly, efficient, and insightful to finding the right kind of dresses to try on. As she was helping me, she noticed when I would be uncomfortable with the dress based on my body language with my "problem area." She actually found The Dress for me!! Kudos to Caela Scott. Five stars all the way!

  Love the gals that work here. So helpful and kind. We've come in on appointment and without and were treated amazing. I don't plan on ever getting married again, but I would recommend this shop to anyone getting married! Love these gals.

  I was so excited to go to Caela Scott with my maid of honor to find the bridesmaid dresses for my six girls Once I got there, I started looking at the dresses and was approached by a staff member. They asked me what I was there for and as soon as I said I already had my dress and was looking for bridesmaid dresses the whole atmosphere changed, they got the dress I was looking for right away but then our first consultant diapered and never returned to help usthen as my maid of honor stepped out of her dressing room to show me the dress, another consultant had her bride she was working with take our dressing room while my maid of honors clothes were still in it. I found a different consultant and requested a different dressing room and we moved to that room. While looking for dresses other consultants told us how we were in the way of their brides and that we needed to move.My fiance' got bumped into by another consultant and when he apologized to her she turned, looked at him, said "yeah okay" and walked away. We got the dresses we liked written down by the girl who was helping us, but every time we asked her for any advice or opinions she just said the dress was fine how it was; and that's how she liked it. My trip there was so disappointing, especially because i was beyond excited to go there

  That is not the point of my review. You're saying it's okay for others to take dressing rooms away from guests while their stuff is still in it just because they had an appointment? That's completely ridiculous. The proper way of doing that is asking us, since we were standing right there, if we were finished with the room before just sending others in our dressing room. I have gone plenty of places without appointments and was treated exactly the same as those who had appointments, if not better. I was just stopping in to look at what your store had to offerI completely understand the need for appointments to get more one on one interaction.. but not having one DOES NOT justify how we were treated while in your store. It completely blows my mind that you can justify that and say how that's okay to just treat walk ins horribly just because they don't have an appointment. That's really sad.

  Loved the experience! It was my 2nd appointment during my first day EVER of looking for a wedding dress, and I said YES to my dress here! Great environment for a Bridal experience! My group of girls and my little brother were treated wonderfully! High or lower budget, it's a great choice! (PS don't ever go to Davids Bridal) :)

  We had an amazing experience! We came in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment with hopes to just look around and get some ideas. Elaine was great and was able to fit us in to dressing rooms in between appointments! I found my dress and bridesmaids dresses within 2 hours! Our wedding is coming up quick and Elaine called and asked about rush orders available and was able to pull off everything we needed. Very Happy Customer! Ask for Elaine if you can--she made the experience!
