I rarely write reviews but my experience at Jensen Jewelers was so outstanding that I can't stop talking about it to everyone! I always imagined that looking at rings would be similar to a car with pushy sales people trying to get a dollar. Jensen Jewelers was so far away from that idea that I had, Cassidy put me right at ease taking the time to explain everything and making me feel at home. Check out the estate selection they have it is something my friends all wish they knew about sooner! Highly recommended!

I wanted to purchase an engagement about a month ago and I was referred to Jensen Jewelers by a few people. I can say that it was definitely the best choice to go with them. The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by all the workers and Dan Jensen. They took the time to look at pictures of rings that I had and to explain all of the important things to look for when purchasing a Diamond. I was able to ask any questions I had and they didn't push me to buy anything when I was there. They were kind, helpful and very informative. I had such a wonderful experience buying an engagement ring there. I recommend going to Jensen Jewelers over any other Jeweler.

Jensen's was super easy to work with and had a great staff! Bonnie helped me pick out a beautiful necklace for my girlfriend and she wasn't pushy at all. We had to order the necklace and they made sure it was ready to pick up in time for my girlfriend's birthday. Definitely recommend this place!

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jensen Jewelers! I came into the store not planning on making a purchase right away, but I ended up buying a ring that same visit. Don't get me wrong, the sales people were not pushy in the slightest. I purchased a beautiful ring the same day because the people at Jensen are so helpful, patient, and listen to exactly what you want. They were very detailed in customizing the ring to my needs, and when I picked it up I was blown away with how perfect it was. I've never felt so at ease, welcomed, and taken care of at a jeweler like I was at Jensen. I will be back and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thanks so much Jensen!

I went engagement ring shopping with my mom all around Grand Rapids. Jensen Jewelers had the most friendly staff and they didn't pressure me at all. Tara was great! She wrote my wish list down, making it super easy for my fiancé to pick out the perfect ring for me. We recently went back to pick out our bands and they gave us such a good price even though my band was customized!

This is coming from a man that knows nothing about diamonds or rings. I also dislike salesmen that want to pressure you into the ring that brings them the highest commission. What I found was the perfect customer service and the perfect ring. I showed them a picture of the ring that my now fiance liked, and they found several rings that were close from their suppliers. They even ordered my ring at no cost to me just to look at it. They helped me out when my fiance wanted to stop and look at rings. I called ahead and they played along like I had never been there before. She never found out until I told her later. My fiance is extremely picky about the places she shops. She had been shopping with her cousin and could not stand any of the pushy salesmen at the other big chain stores, but here she felt no pressure what-so-ever and felt that the sales people at Jensen's were more interested in what she wanted and not about their payday. If we need any other rings this will be our first and only stop. Oh yeah, SHE SAID YES!! Thank You so much!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our experience so far! They worked with financing to fit our needs. If they don't have something that you likethey do their best to get it in for you! Christy was extremely helpful & ordered in a band based off my interests & was very informative & didn't push for the biggest sale. Always a welcoming smile there. They just want to see you happy! They make ring shopping fun! Highly recommend this place!!!!! Ask for Christy! She is the best!
