  We hired CMB Construction to completely rebuild our garage this past summer. We are very pleased with the end result - it is an exceptionally beautiful and functional garage! Strangers on the street have actually knocked on our door to ask for a tour! Colin involved us through the entire process and responded to every question and concern in a timely manner - he visited our site daily to ensure that work was being completed to his high standard. He followed up with contractors who were delayed or absent - he managed this project in a timely manner and consistently kept us informed of pertinent information. I would highly recommend CMB Construction.

  We hired Colin and his crew to do a simple garage addition. When you hire Colin you get more than you expect. He has an eye for detail and his crew has years of experience which enables them to execute. Because we were so pleased with the quality of work, we added several more projects including a shed that we converted into a bar (pictures posted). No job was too big or small. Hire Colin if you want a job done correctly. You will not be disappointed. And he communicates with you frequently, always a bonus when dealing with contractors!

  We hired Colin to remodel our bathroom. This was the first major remodel my husband and I had undertaken. We have limited knowledge of the industry and of all the pieces that go into a remodel. Colin walked us through every piece, was patient in answering any question we had and gave valuable feedback when we requested it.
  
  We are incredibly happy with the quality and attention to detail. This project was a relatively smaller project for him, but a big project for us. We never felt like we were put "on the back burner" so he could pay attention to his other projects. On the contrary, he helped to ensure that it was completed in a timely fashion (we only have one bathroom) and under budget!!

  We had one of our cottages burn down, it was a tragic event. I needed to find a builder and found CMB Construction. Lucky for me! Colin was very professional and genuinely a nice person along with having a great crew. They helped us every step of the way with our concerns, materials, inspections and what to expect. We are very pleased with our end result and how it was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely use CMB Quality Construction again!

  We contacted Colin to add a bedroom, rec room and bathroom to our unfinished basement. The design and work involved was done flawlessly and ahead of schedule.
  The crews (framing, drywall, plumbing, mechanical, painting, electrical and carpeting) were professional, courteous and personable. I can't say enough good things about every individual involved in this project.
  We will definitely be in contact with CMB Construction for all of our future needs.

  We hired Colin in January of 2014 to complete a major renovation of our home by late June. He finished the job in plenty of time and we are very pleased with the results!
  
  We had a rough idea of what we wanted done, but Colin was very helpful in turning those ideas into a solid plan. He used design software to develop our plan and the images he produced were instrumental in the appraisal process for our loan.
  
  The renovation involved tearing out a load bearing wall and replacing it with a post and beam; building a custom shower in the master bath; installing a slider door and deck addition; new plumbing fixtures and vanities in all 3 bathrooms (ventilation in 2 of them); granite counter in the kitchen; hardwood flooring on the first floor and new flooring through out the house; all walls were prepared and painted. I'm sure that I'm omitting some things, but you get the idea. It was a major job, and there was a time element involved.
  
  Besides being pleased with the job I must mention a few other qualities that impressed me. Colin was always on time for meetings. He was at the job site every day (I know because we lived in an apartment over our garage during the entire job). He worked closely with my wife on the budget. As in any project of this size there were a few surprises, but Colin worked through them like the professional he is.
  
  I am already thinking of some smaller projects I would like done by CMB Construction and would recommend him to anyone.
