  We called C&W when our home warranty could not repair our fridge/freezer (wouldn’t cool). The C&W team was outstanding from the first phone call to schedule a repair appointment to fixing the issues and getting our fridge/freezer back up and running! Our service technician Ed was so professional and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had parts on hand to make the repair same day!!! Ed even followed up the next day to make sure everything was running efficiently and to see if we had any other questions. I wish I would have called C&W from the beginning, they’re years of experience working on sub zero appliances is top notch! Thanks Ed for all you did!!!

  Randy called in the morning as expected and set a time to arrive. He called again 10 minutes prior to arrival to confirm I was home. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He was helpful as I peppered him with tons of questions. He came prepared to repair two appliances and diagnosed a third while there. He was thoughtful to have the needed part delivered and stayed to repair the third appliance. He provided helpful tips to keep my 17 year old appliances working for a long time. I will use C&W and Randy if the need arises.

  We’ve used C&W for near 10 years now. Everything is easy, transparent and of high quality at a fair price.
  
  Austin has been our technician for much of this time…he is simply amazing. Pleasant, highly knowledgeable and professional.
  
  Having high end appliances (Wolf, Subzero, Scotsman…). We expect/need the best of care … C&W and Austin have always delivered.

  C&W is a quality appliance repair business.
  I recently moved into a new house and my Subzero freezer did not work from day one (did not come from C&W). My builder contacted them on my behalf and they reached out immediately. Their communication was excellent both before and on the day of service. The technician Randy was outstanding and had my freezer up and running quickly. He took the time to explain to me the various settings on my refrigerator and freezer and how to best maintain it. He was also very neat and completely cleaned where he had repaired. I highly recommend C&W!

  Our technician Steven was great! He was very clean with his work and was nice to our dogs. He was very professional and experienced. We needed several new parts for our ice maker. The company kept us informed on the progress of ordering the parts. Great job!!!!
